They cancelled an inspection 15 minutes before they were due to arrive, due to an emergency.

Whilst this was frustrating, I know these things can happen.

Disappointingly, I was offered another date 9 days later. When I asked that this be brought forward, given the urgency (this is delaying the sale of my property) and they were the ones that had cancelled on me, it was point-blank refused and offered no alternative other than the delayed date.

I have found another firm and will avoid Taylor Surveyors in future.

Great communication when first enquiring to book a valuation. Quick visit to the property and then received the valuation the next day.

Excellent service, quick and hassle free valuation for my HTB repayment loan. Surveyor was very friendly and provided the paperwork within 24 hours. My own poor personal admin meant that I needed an updated letter which was sent quickly and without any additional charge. Highly recommended.
