Bonjour Lily, merci beaucoup pour votre recommandation. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le professionnalisme de votre chauffeur. Au plaisir de vous accompagner à nouveau.
I can't recommend Taxi2cardiff
I can't recommend Taxi2cardiff. I booked a taxi for a 8.15am pick-up. 2 mins before pickup I was told that this taxi had been cancelled and that a new taxi had been sent with a scheduled pick up of 8.35. I told them that this was too late as it would mean I would miss my train. I have been in contact with Taxi2cardiff via WhatsApp and requested a refund several times but have yet to receive it.

Hi Duncan,
We are very sorry for what happened with your booking. We understand how frustrating and stressful this must have been, particularly when you had a train to catch.
We work hard to use reliable drivers, and punctuality, commitment and reliability are at the centre of our service. Very occasionally, a driver can let us down at the last minute, which is outside our control. When this happens, we take it seriously and do not continue working with drivers who are unreliable.
As soon as we received the cancellation, our team worked to arrange a replacement driver for you. As this was an early-morning booking, we appreciate it was particularly difficult; however, we did manage to arrange another driver. By the time they arrived, you had understandably made alternative travel arrangements.
Please do not worry regarding your refund. It has been passed to our accounts team and will be processed as soon as possible. For any further assistance, please contact us at info@taxi2cardiff.com.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

I had the pleasure to be using…Taxi2Cardiff
I had the pleasure to be using Taxi2Cardiff twice in the past few days, going to London for business purposes. It was an Airport taxi transfer. Since the first time I was getting in touch with the company I was kept right with clear communication, reassurance and professionalism. Such a great and very friendly staff. I was kept informed by the administrator Sahib about everything I had to do to make the taxi airport transfer easy. Thank you for everything you did! I trust this company and will contact them all the time when I need an Airport Transfer as a new one is coming for me in October. The taxi drivers who have been assisting me with the transport were amazing people. Thank you everyone! I highly recommend Taxi2Cardiff to everyone! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Not just a ride!
The booking process was fast and easy. I was not just a booking but a very looked after client. I was happy with the service provided. I was contacted by a customer care representative, Rehman, who was with me from the start of the booking till the end of the ride. I was impressed by the service! Rehman gave me a peace of mind because as a tourist being in a foreign country I needed to feel safe. Rehman made sure that the driver arrived to pick us on time, and that we were taken to the drop off address. Complete and continuous communication. Couldn’t ask for more!
