We had a great experience with Taxi2Cardiff. Our driver, Hamza, was very kind, professional and helpful. From the moment we arrived at the airport, he stayed in constant contact with us until we managed to find each other, which we really appreciated. We also needed to make an additional stop at another address, where he patiently waited for us before taking us to our final destination. Everything went smoothly and we felt very well taken care of throughout the whole journey. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Hamza! Highly recommended!

Heathrow to Gatwick transfer
I booked airport transfer through Booking.com. The company used was Taxi2Cardiff. Very handy and reasonably priced. We had a bit of a stressful time getting through arrivals at Heathrow. After a 10 hour flight returning home from holiday, all you want is to get home. Heathrow was a nightmare, so much faffing, waiting, traipsing around the airport trying to get through this and that. We were panicking because according to the booking rules, you only get 45 minutes after landing to get to the pick up point, which should be fine, except it was an hour after landing before we even got our luggage! Any way, our driver Muhammad Khan was such a nice guy, he waited and kept in touch with us the whole time. He obviously picked up on our stress and could not have been kinder to us.

Woman alone in Cardiff Centre. The call handler was very polite
The call handler was very polite, patient and diligent which was hugely helpful. I was in some distress and did not know Cardiff at all, having become separated from my friend in the busy Centre. The driver he sent was AMAZING, kind and patient and dedicated to find me from my hazy directions. He delivered me safely, cheaply and with good human kindness to my destination. I was a woman alone in a cab with a male driver and could not have felt safer. My gratitude to Diff Taxis, thank you!
