Super quick and efficient

It's the second year running that I have used Taxfix to complete my self-assessment. I wouldn't dare try to fill in the form myself! I like having the peace of mind brought by knowing that it has been completed by someone who knows what they're doing, and it's all done and dusted for another year. Lilian Skinner has been my accountant on both occasions. She is super-efficient and has been really helpful with answering questions and accommodating my requests. Lilian even got back to me to help me out with a question that I messaged her with six months after submitting my 2024-25 return! A great service for a decent price.

My 2024/25 CGT calculation was off by almost £10K causing me a lot of effort to idenitify and correct.

Taxfix eventually arranged a free amendment through a different accountant, which I appreciate. However, its complaint handling has been poor. I submitted a formal complaint and Accuracy Guarantee claim, supplied the requested evidence the same day, and followed up twice. Apart from an initial acknowledgement, my emails requesting a complaint reference, named owner and a decision on the guaranteed refund received no substantive response.

The amendment does not resolve the separate Accuracy Guarantee claim, and the promised fee refund remains outstanding. A tax service dealing with errors of this scale should investigate transparently and respond to formal complaints promptly.

Working with Bryan gives me complete peace of mind. Everything is clear, transparent, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Taxfix and couldn't be happier with their service. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else!

The accountant sorted two tax returns for me, for the previous two tax years. They communicated well and dealt promptly with documents and queries.

Filing a tax return has always been a bit daunting for me as I am a complete dunce when it comes to tax.
I decided to use taxfix after a poor experience with my previous accountant.

I am amazed at how quickly I received the calculation after submitting my documentation. I was impressed how user friendly the platform is for a novice like me. I was thankful for how responsive the assigned accountant Zak Pandor was with my queries.

I've used the service for a number of years, my tax return isn't particularly complex but it gives me peace of mind to have a professional ensuring my income is properly accounted for, and I am obtaining any allowances or benefits I am entitled to claim for which, not being an expert, I may not know about.

The time my accountant took to communicate with me and explain different things to me was invaluable.
