My only struggle with Tava is the repeated emails to update my payment type that throw me off, it's a bit hard to tell if something actually needs to be updated or not.
Edit to add: while the auto-emails do make me a tiny bit anxious, the platform responses when asking have all been phenomenal, especially while transitioning from EAP to insurance/copay.

I appreciate the options of being able to choose different therapists if needed & everything seems very user friendly. My therapist has been amazing and I feel very fulfilled with our sessions.

My therapist on Tava is EXCELLENT
My therapist on Tava is EXCELLENT! However, I am disappointed in the Tava platform and services from Tava itself. I had asked a billing question that got resolved but with no communication to me about the resolution. I also asked for legal support and how to get a subpoena to my therapist, this never got responded to.

Tava Health is one of the easiest platforms to navigate. Provides timely reminders for upcoming appointments and isn’t constantly spamming you in between sessions. Overall 10/10

While I enjoy my therapist….
While I enjoy my therapist, I'm not a fan of the platform itself. There is no immediate customer service help outside of an ai generated chat and the monthly assessment occurs more than once a month making it not conducive to treatment.

Mental support.
My appointment started on time. My councilor liatened to my concerns, offered guidance and concepts of forward thinking, while encouraging me to realize progress made even during times of set backs. I value the support while I continue to struggle with anxiety impacting sleep, depression, and stressful/consuming mind racing activities in addition to navigating physical health issues.
