Changing how program works
I did like how I was matched up with a therapist, and that we could do virtual or in person. What I didn't like is we are asked for our insurance coverage and when matching someone up with a therapist, the program doesn't make sure the patient's insurance will cover that therapist. I received 6 free sessions and found out that if I continued under TAVA I would pay full price, TAVA doesn't accept my insurance. My therapist works with Headway as well and Headway accepts my insurance.

Great Therapy, not so great AI bot, ultimately wonderful service
The AI chat bot wasn't very helpful for what I needed. Then the customer support team went out of their way to assist me after I expressed dissatisfaction. Genuinely a great resource for therapy.

The Counselor is excellent
