We regret seeing another negative review from you. We recognize your frustration with the outcome of your case.
As outlined in the detailed update provided earlier this year, we have completed extensive work on your file. However, we must reiterate that we have no authority to influence the outcome of external investigations, specifically regarding the police. As strictly stated in our contract, our limits are clear: we were unable to force the police to release specific information.
Over the course of the year we worked together, our team completed all services included in your agreement. This included preparing multiple official letters, carrying out tracing work, and maintaining ongoing communication and follow-ups with the relevant authorities and exchanges. All actions were carried out according to the process required for cases of this nature.

We understand that the outcome may not have matched your expectations, and we appreciate how stressful and challenging these situations can be. However, it is important to note that the final decision in such cases always depends on external institutions, not on the company handling the documentation and submission.
