I express my deepest gratitude to H&T Consulting, Cristian Sepulveda, and his entire compliance team. We always maintained contact throughout my case. I was another victim of the "so-called platform investment" scam, but thanks to this team, my nightmare is over.
Thanks to Cristian and the compliance team, I was also able to recover 100% of the lost funds I had deposited with a supposed "law firm" in the UK, but who turned out to be scammers.
With this company, I've recovered 80% of my investment in the platform, so I don't hesitate to recommend them, and if I ever need them, I won't hesitate to seek them out. Excellent work! We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We understand your frustration, but we want to clarify the significant actions we've taken since you signed your contract on August 15, 2024.
We've been actively working on your case, which includes:
- August 30, 2024: Sent a letter from the Police to Circle.
- September 4, 2024: Prepared a USDC crypto report and an ETH crypto report.
- September 11, 2024: Sent a letter to the Polizeiposten Rust (police) with supplementary information.
- October 4, 2024: Prepared letters to Binance and HTX, as you requested, concerning the exchanges where your funds were located.
- October 22, 2024: Obtained and forwarded letters from the Police to Binance and HTX.
- January 15, 2025: We received an update from the Freiburg Public Prosecutor's Office, specifically from Mr. Weber, confirming that Binance provided details of the perpetrator, including their name (L.W.F.) from Malaysia, with a balance of $4672 in their wallet.
We then requested these details from the police officer (excluding KYC information) to help us prepare further documentation. Unfortunately, on March 21, 2025, you informed us that the police officer was unwilling to provide these specific details. We believe these actions demonstrate our continuous efforts and commitment to your case. If you'd like to discuss this further or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.
