This is a total scam. They will take your credit card information and continue to charge. It is nearly impossible to cancel. DON’T SIGN UP!!!!

I signed up for the trail period and they took payment. It was only upon looking to install their software on my website, that it became apparent that that operation should wait until an overhaul of my website was complete, which was scheduled.
I joined on the 10th July and paid in advance. On the 11th July the problem with using their software became apparent and i emailed them asking them to cancel my subscription and confirm, as their website blocks you from cancelling the subscription.
I should say that at this point, and i confirmed this in the cancellation email, that i fully intended to try their product once my website had been overhauled.
THERE IS NO CHANCE OF THAT EVER HAPPENING.
I had to resort to my bank to stop their attempts at taking further payments. I have been constantly bombarded by multiple emails and attempts to take money from my account, on a DAILY basis.
Automated messages have been left in my voice mail, sometimes averaging 3 to 4 a day. The same number of emails on a daily basis still exists, even now, 23rd August. They want me to log in and cancel my account, but they full well know that in order to do that, you have to first get past the page that asks for your new credit card details. Ron, if you read this, can't you find a more worthwhile employment ? I have resent my cancellation email several times and you just send me 'scripted email replies ', Pathetic. Get a real job.Your actions so far are pathetic and frankly sad.
Now this review has been backed up with hard copy of the dozens of emails & voice messages from Talkwithlead and reviewed by Trustpilot, i feel that i have done my 'little bit' to expose the underbelly of this sad business.

I was recieveng as minimum 10 SPAM emails from this company via my site contact form.
The same text.
They finding your site in internet and use contact form for enforcing you to read their promo.
Read in internet how much people angry of this fake company and their SPAM.

You DO send SPAM. It is not a marketing emails. I never gave you permition to use my data.
You should open your eyes and read carefully what people write about your "promotions" here and in internet.

Spamming my website contact form. F*** this company. You can read below that all their reviews are paid for and spammy just like their emails. Notice how every review specifically says "TalkWithLead" and mentions their widgets or whatever? Classic botted/paid reviews.

They ALSO decided to report my review to try and remove it from this site, but I disputed it and provided proof of their practices and it's reinstated. You can see above my review is verified. Unlike all the fake ones. Good try guys.

I hope their business continues to fail. Good riddance to this garbage.

Very unethical. This company start spamming my company when our ads appear on Google. They will subscribe my company without my consent. It also increase our marketing cost.
My company number is clearly on the website, if you are so good you can contact us directly to promote your business.

Relentless email spam. They seem to send me a new sales message every day from different fake email accounts promoting their service.

Looking at the five star reviews here it's obvious that they're abusing the system here as well. I'm seeing the exact same reviews appearing multiple times word for word, but from different "people".

I would think twice before doing business with a company as obviously dishonest as this.

Update: 8 months after my initial review here it looks like nothing has changed. I am still getting automated contact-form spam from fake people like "Eric Jones" at "talkwithcustomer.com" (a subdomain of talkwithlead) and the company is still leaving fake positive reviews here and flagging for removal the real negative reviews from real people.

My experience with talk with lead has been horrific.
I was charged for the 'free' trial.
The results were dreadful. I tried to cancel after one week but they totally ignored me until the 'free' trial was up, then they relentlessly hassled me for money with threats of ruining my credit rating.
Dreadful people to deal with. Rubbish product. Horrific customer service. I'd give them 0/10 but there's no option to do so.
I can't stress how horrible my experience has been.
Please please read this very carefully BEFORE even trying their so called free trial.

Aggressive spam website with zero quality content. I've unsubscribed multiple times, and they continue to harass me with emails. I never subscribed in the first place, of course. They're just pushing their garbage.

Just a bunch of SPAMmers and scammers.
Some guy calling himself just "Randy" will find a way to SPAM your wordpress site and harass you with their useless offers.

Don't trust this "company".

They continually spam my business. I filed an FTC complaint against them, and notified them to stop, but they have continued to send spam, despite me sending them a screenshot through Facebook messenger. Edited:

Tried it. Works well on the desktop but does not work on Mobile. The user cannot select the country code in the dropdown menu making it useless if you are targeting customers worldwide when we know that 95% of users are mobile.

Brilliant, I have now updated my review to 4 stars. The system now works from Mobile and you can choose the country code of the mobile you are calling for. However, when you receive the email, the system adds Number 1 in front of the country code. For example, I chose the country code Netherlands for a test. When I received the email, the phone number to call was Phone: +131xxxxxxxxx instead of +31xxxxxxxxxx. I am sure that this is something the developers can easily work on to adjust. Thanks to the developers.

These people keep filling out my web form over and over that is meant for patients seeking help and it texts me in the middle of the night.

First, this company marked my review as fraudulent based on never having contacted us. I showed Trustpilot x5 different interactions.

I unsubscribed every time. And yes I did speak with your support team, and STILL GOT ANOTHER MESSAGE THROUGH OUR FORM.

Talkwithlead use our own contact forms on our webpage to spam us, so we can't unsubscribe from the emails as they are our own content. Its very frustrating as we think we have a genuine lead but its just spam. I have tried contacting them via their form for it to stop but get no response. I can see others here are having the same issue. It would be great if this could please stop.
