Habe mir 2021 Kopfhörer gekauft mit lebenslanger Garantie!
Jetzt ist eine Membrane rausgefallen und laden funktioniert auch nicht mehr richtig!
Auf Anfrage nach Garantieerfüllung, kommt nicht mal eine Antwort!

Ordered items for my grandchildrens Christmas presents, they still haven't arrived.
Try to contact the company is impossible, no phone number that I can find and nobody answers emails that I've sent.

Die ersten defekten Ohrhörer wurden noch anstandslos ersetzt.
Neuen Ohrhörer funktionieren nun auch nicht mehr, Reklamation per Mail ohne Erfolg, keine Antwort.
Unter der angegebenen gebührenfreien Telefonnummer (08005208300) meldet sich ein Softwareunternehmen, was mit dem Vertrieb der beatzohrhörer nichts zu tun hat. Die haben in letzter Zeit öfter Anrufe wegen defekter Kopfhörer gehabt.
War ein Reinfall der Kauf, das Unternehmen scheint es wohl nicht mehr zu geben.

My Playbeatz work fine. Good sound quality. Very helpful customer service emailed me a manual when I couldn’t connect them to my iPad. Clear instructions.

I would give zero star if I could. The product is totally unreliable, customer service is totally unprofessional, I have asked them about my warranty and all they said they are working on it, but when asked what is my case#, they wouldn't tell me. They told me they sent the replacement but there is no tracking #, I kept sending email request and all just fall into silent!.... Don't think they can be trusted, please save your money, don't be fooled by this company/product! totally unacceptable!

I love them when they work. The problem is they don't connect 1/2 the time. The left ear pod will work but not the right.
Sometimes the left will eventually come on, Or it will say connected but I get no sound. I hope by purchasing the Lifetime Warranty
they will be replaced or repaired. Emailed on 4-2-20 & followed up 4-12-20. Tried calling repeatedly. Busy signal starts immediately then I'm disconnected.
Tried them today. Right works / nothing out of left.
My lifetime is not over but my playbeatz are not working properly. Don't sell lifetime warranty if it's not going to be honored.

These are crap. On my second pair because the first wouldn’t pair. After about 9 months the second won’t. I emailed the “24/7” customer service about 5 days ago and NO REPLY. Don’t waste your money. These are garbage. You get what you pay- junk.

Rated a 1 only because there is no "0" Ordered 2 pair and both of them were bad out of the box. They never would pair to Bluetooth. junk!!

I purchased 2 x pairs of playbeatz earbuds that are supposed to be premium quality and quite expensive.
Well after only using them a couple of times over the last year, one charger pod now will not charge or work.
When contacting playbeatz they come back saying that there is only a 60 day warranty.
How unbelievable that they can get away with this, they wouldn't if they were a UK company as you'd get at least 12 months warranty.
This is a warning to all who are looking at purchasing any of these.
DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE.

Bought 2 pairs with lifetime replacement option, so more money spent than regular purchase . Lost one pair in a car break-in, tried to ask for replacement, never had an answer Yes or No from them. The other pair after use little over one year can’t be fully charged anymore , turned off right after turned on . Took one month and numerous email contacts, they still don’t send any as promised. I consider this business is a scam . Will try to contact Consumer Protection to see if any help I can get.

First it took for ever to get them then I put a lifetime warranty on mine witch I found out doesn't matter because I tried to use it on workmanship there are 2 little pieces of plastic that covers the speaker I guess 1 of mine fell off hopefully not in my ear anyway noticed the quality of sound going down That's because that little piece of plastic filters out some of the distortion called Manufacturer They told me that the lifetime warranty did not cover manufactures defect that it covered shipping now I don't understand why they don't understand lifetime means the lifetime of the product I've only had it a little over 8 months

Had for 10 months and have gone faulty. Emailed customer service to exercise my legal rights to activate my lifetime warranty I purchased and was told im past the 60 day treatment to base period despite sending them a copy of my warranty they emailed me.

Total scam and be warned! Do not go near them!

I saw an advertisement rating Playbeatz high. I ordered some for $40 some dollars in June 2020, they came in September. They looked nothing like what was advertised. I went through a long refund process with very polite letters from the company. They were all stall tactics. We didn't receive the returned item, please send tracking info, please clear the purchase from PayPal, (it wasn't purchased through PayPal), etc. They finally stopped replying after I exhausted all their request. As I returned the product I paid for return shipping, I am out that money too. So, every once in a while you have to recall the old saying "Let the buyer beware".

Initially these worked. 1 week later only one worked. Another week and neither worked. THIS IS A SCAM PRODUCT- WORTHLESS BUT NOT CHEAP

The worst.stopped working in 3months bogus warranty SCAM,RIP OFF

After receiving the product, one earbud cease to work, after numerous attempts thru email, after reaching customer service was informed that the earbuds promotion has ended, and they no longer service them. I asked why you would sell a lifetime warranty on a device you have eliminated, no reply, agent hung up with no help. Dissatisfied with the dishonesty. Terrible company, never spend your money with this company.
