Dear Sunil,

We have checked the details for your order and found that the delivery of the sweet was done to do, but there was a brand change in which we have already emailed you and updated you the details.

Further, we have on call also updated you the reason for the change in the brand of the sweet from Pethawala Agra to Gwalia because the seller was not having the stock available and also they were shifting their factory. Also, the sweets have been consumed by you and you have mentioned that the quality was good and the sweet too was tasty.

We have called your mother yesterday to ask them for the quality of the gift delivered and to this she said that she was happy with the delivery, but as there was no gift message with the order, she has given us feedback too. As checked the details for your previous order, we have found that there were 2 items in the order, out of which one was the flowers which was hand delivered to your relatives and for the same we have called and confirmed the delivery too with your receiver's.

Further, the 2nd item which was cookies ordered by you was a courier product which was delivered on 08/11/2017 being the item a courier product and for the same we have mentioned on the website that the delivery will be done on 5 business days. As the communication which was given to you regarding the delivery was because of the seller as we are a market place and we do believe with the updates what is been received by them.
