We would request you to send us the image of the cake what is been received by your receiver with the name of the bakery on our mail id support@talash.com so that we can check the complaint and take the action. Also, we have a service wherein we call the receiver to confirm the delivery and also the quality of the item received, but the same cannot be done in your case as we were getting error that the number is out of coverage.

Hello Tabrez,

As checked the details for your order we have found that there were total 3 items in your order out of which 1 was Hand Delivery Item which was flowers and the rest 2 were Chocolates which were Courier Product.

Further, you have raise us the inquiry for your order with the Ticket Number RNG-305-91529. To this we have updated you the same details and also attached the screenshot of the items too in which we have clearly mentioned that the delivery for the chocolates will be done in 5 business days.

Hence, we would request you to re consider the service rating as the delivery of the chocolatges were also done within 36-48 hours of your order placing.

Thanks for sharing your feedback we will surly take action on this feedback but regarding delivery time i want to update you that on every product page you can see delivery time mention by seller. In your case it was as below

Delivery in 5 working days for domestic orders and 10 working days for international orders.

You have place order on 31st Oct and it was delivered on 6th Nov by Tirupati courier.

We have checked the details for your order and would like to update you that the gift message written by you was quite big enough to be written on the cake and hence instead of the message on cake the vendor has send the message on the Gift Card.

Also, regarding the variation in the design of the cake, we have mentioned on the website that the design may vary as the artisans in every city are different and have their own way of making and baking the cake. Hence, there comes the variation too, but there was no change in the flavor of the cake as the cake delivered was as per your order.

With regards to your concern regarding twice the charges been charged to your card, to this we would like to update you that we have not charged any extra amount for your order. Also, the customer support tickets which you have raised to us, in that we have mentioned you that you need to co ordinate with your bank and ask them to refund you the amount as this is a technical issue with the card issuing bank and not talash.com

Also, one of our colleague Priya gave you a call on your number and asked you to co ordinate with your card issusing bank to initiate the refund to you as its not we (talash.com) who has charged to your account.

We have checked the details for your order and found that the order was placed by you on 18/10/2017 which was at the edge of the festival date and as per the delivery time mentioned on the website we have mentioned the time for 5 business days.

Further, as there was Diwali Festival holidays, hence the delivery was late because the logistics were also closed. Now, regarding the change in the order, we have never received any support ticket and hence we cannot check on this complaint and would be able to assist you.
