Brilliant coverage
We set up the "taking care" alarm today for my mother, and tested it throughout her house and large garden and it worked everywhere, and then at the end had a reassuring call with one of the support staff. It couldn't have been easier to set up. I feel a lot safer now everything is set up.

The after service is appolling
The after service is appolling, giving the assurance that there would be help to set-up the watch after 2 phone calls and 7 days I have not received any assistance to set it up . I will be returning the watch at the end of the week if it isn't resolved.

Feeling confident now
The hand-holding through the set-up operation was excellent, both human and digital. It all went very smoothly, marred only by a poor signal – a BT issue. I am now kitted out and feeling a lot more confident about my circumstances. Thank you.

No experience yet. No advisor apparently until I get things ready myself and then the advisor help is only by telephone or such. Ask again later when I've had time to try the way that is expected. Surprising for Age UK, but that seems to be the case.
