Nothing was too much trouble, we dealt with a lady called Melanie and she was very helpful. The delivery was very fast, the side cover is for our gazebo and the cover is strong and high quality. I will use textured textiles again and I would 100% recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

I contacted the team at TT earlier this year, as we needed a wind break and protection from incumbent weather, on one side of our traditional verandah. I gave measurements for a quote, which was a little more than expected, but everything else I'd looked at look far inferior, so I decided to go for it. I was not disappointed, and the two canvas side panels were absolutely worth every penny. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, the quality of both service and final product are excellent.

We purchased a textile panel this year for an outside covered area in our garden. The area backs onto a field which gets very wet and windy. I have been able to leave my garden furniture and cushions in the covered area as the panel is keeping the wind and rain out. I would highly recommend this company for great customer service.

We purchased a set of textile panels for a lake-side building here at St Peters Garden Centre and we're delighted with the final result. They have made such a difference to our Café and helped so much with all the wet and windy weather this year. From the beginning you can tell this company have got your back and that proved to be right when the courier lost our canvas screens, Mel immediately was on the case and within 24hours a new set of screens were manufactured , shortly after we’re delivered personally by Tailored Textiles .

I recently bought an outdoor structure/gazebo building for our garden and needed to weatherproof it. I looked around for companies to provide canvas sides and Tailored Textiles came highly recommended by many people on the sites I was looking at.

I contacted them and Mel replied with some pictures to give me some ideas and provided material swatches to help us decide on the final choice.

Full dimensions were sent to Mel and a set of drawings came back really quickly, which we then tweaked a little to make them a little bigger, replacement drawings then sent to us and signed off.

Once the invoice was paid they went into production with a lead time of 3-4 weeks, and they arrived at my door exactly 3 weeks from order and were exactly as I hoped and expected.

The quality is fantastic and fitting was very easy if you have the basic ability to measure and use a drill!
