SCAMMERS !!!
Charged my credit card $19.95 TWICE for a membership I never bought and for a sticker that was supposed to be free , pay shipping only !
The phone number listed is not working, it’s a total scam !
I reported them to the FTC !

Charged me $19.95 for a purchase that I didn't make. This is well after my supposed free stickers that weren't free & haven't arrived nor does the email with the tracking link even have a tracking link.

Garmin/Tacx neo 2t van €1300!!! na 5 jaar en 2x dezelfde defect...totaal geen reparatie meer mogelijk zegt men.."out of service" terwijl hetzelfde product nog steeds te koop is. Duurzaamheid...no way dus. In de mailing hierom wordt er zeer kort en zonder coulance gecommuniceerd. Ze noemen m op de site "toppunt van indoor trainen" toppunt van frustratie en nu uitkijken naar een wahoo.

Amazing customer service!

Bought a Tacx Flux 2 Smart. And after 3 years I ran into noise issues. Contacted Garmin support, and they responded quickly and provided a good solution for my problem. Because the warranty passed, they offered me a new Tacx for a fraction of the new price! After a week I had a new Tacx at home! Amazing service:)

Scam!!!!! Do not trust them ...

Be Careful! Decal fraud/scam. They sell you patriotic decals (for a few dollars) in the guise of helping veterans. Little did I know they subscribe you to some kind of unknown monthly service at $19.95 per month! To this day, I still have no idea what the monthly charge was for.

When I emailed them my complaint dated 6 August 2025, they reluctantly paid back 15% of what they scammed me for. That's after a weeks worth of back and forth with a Customer Service Specialist for USAGO.

They totally counted on me(and others) to not check my decal order email that totaled less than $3.

Very distrustful company. I wonder how they treat all of their retail customers?

This company will take membership fees when you do even ask for it. Be VERY CAREFUL you buy something like stickers for $2 and change, you will be charged $19.95 6 to 7 days later for membership fees. What membership i don't want that.oh it says it in the fine print. Whoever owns this company should really be ashamed. I hope the company goes way way under. They basically will steal your money and not make it right. BEWARE THEY SUCK AT EVERYTHING

Ordered stickers once a few months ago. I noticed today a charge for $19.99 on my credit card. Called the 1-800 # listed on my card for them and its an automated system asking if im over 60 ans can I here the call. Of course, I said no. It hung up on me. I immediately submitted a fraud claim and found out I was charged in a previous month. Don't order the stickers. Buyer beware

They asked me for a $3 donation and they was going to send me some "freedom is not free" stickers for my little donation. I'm a veteran so I was interested in this type of saying on a sticker. They immediately attempted to charge me $37.00. I had to contest it and wait couple weeks to get my money back. I was forced to request a new card because they attempt to charge me random amounts everyday, today it was $19.95 and then $37.00. When I call they never answer always a recording. I feel like they are targeting veterans. What POS tax pro LLC is.

Contacted Garmin/Tacx Support to find out if I could use a 7 speed cassette on a Tacx Neo, and the script monkey I spoke to would only say that it wasn't supported. I've since bought a used Tacx Neo and a single 4.5mm spacer works a treat to adapt a 7 speed Shimano cassette onto the 11 speed body, though I could probably add the included 1mm spacer for 11-10 speed conversion and it would still work. I've now discovered that I may need to remove the flywheel for servicing and that the required tool for the Tacx Neo 1 and 2 is no longer available! There's a link to the tool for the Tacx Neo 2T, but it doesn't say if this fits the Neo 1 or 2. This scrap of blue plastic with a bolt through it is £34.99, though at least shipping is free. My Tacx Neo is fantastic piece of kit for training, but support for it seems singularly lacking.

Unknowingly was lured into an $19.95 per month subscription when purchasing from this company. Luckily B of A proactively flagged this service as fraud and blocked all charges until I was able to contact them directly.

Ordered mag holders from TacX. Shipping was quick. Had one issue that was expertly handled by Katie in customer service. Very pleased with TacX and especially Katie. I would order from them again. Highly recommend TacX.

Honestly to pay for something that works so badly.... I was really dissapointed, starting with constant problems with riding, where everything freezes except your movement, resistance in tacx is gone.... and nothing helps, downloading map, having tacx closest possible to computer, buying Antenna, having excellent internet connection via cable instead of Wi-fi..... To Tacx being offline, or just not being able to connect to Tacx app.....

To pay for something that brings so much stress instead of having fun riding is just ridiculous....

Als je een tacx trainer koopt kun je met alle bestaande betaalmiddelen betalen.
Echter als je een premium abonnement aan wil schaffen ben je verplicht om een creditcard aan te schaffen, terwijl er allerlei veilige mogenlijkheden zijn om te kunnen betalen, dit kan toch niet.
Denken jullie hier eens over na dat er ook mensen zijn, en die wel een dure trainer gekocht hebben zonder creditcard nu niet van jullie software gebruik kunnen maken

Kun je na jaren ineens je abonnement niet meer verlengen, tenzij je een creditcard gebruikt. Heel vreemd dit. Hallo Garmin, waar zijn jullie mee bezig.

I bought Tacx Flow Smart Trainer in December 2020.
1. I had a really hard time purchasing it as it was out of stock all over Europe. But let's say it was due to the Covid situation.
2. I had a really hard time connecting it to my standard Lenovo laptop with an updated Windows OS. I had to buy an extra antenna for it to work. I connected the support team several times but they were absolutely clueless (not to say useless) on this topic.
3. Guarantee ended Dec 2022, the thing broke May 2023. After 2 months (literally two months) of trying to reach the "right" support team to handle the issue, taking them up to 2 weeks to answer an email at the end simply to say: reach another team and the whole process to start all over again. The local support team even said they didn't know what to do and didn't know if they could take in the trainer for check-up. They had to talk to UK and then just called me to say this is a common issue, we can fix it for 1/3 the price of a new trainer (without even taking it in for a quick look or smth). Anyway, I had to say yes. 2 more months have passed and I haven't heard anything from them. I'm gonna pay 1/3 of something I bought 2.5 years ago that I cannot use for 4 months now (and who knows how many more).
All of the support teams I talked to were rude and incompetent. I simply cannot believe how this company is even running.

This is directed at The Garmin, who own Tacx and their UK store about their customer service.
I bought a Tacx Flow Smart Trainer in 2020. It is less than three years old, it has had minimal use and you can still buy The Flow on The Garmin UK site.
I have had a number of issues with quality within the two years guarantee, which were resolved. However I now have a broken resistance unit lever, part 2021.22. I first emailed Garmin UK and got no reply. I then phoned Garmin UK. They could not supply the cheap lever, but offered me a full resistance unit for £87. I found it very disappointing that Garmin cannot supply a basic replacement part which is necessary for an expensive piece of kit to work.
Update 1/8/23.
I am improving my score from one star to three stars. Since my last posting I emailed Garmin again. This time, I believe my email went to Garmin Europe. They have supplied the lever for £5.
I do not feel I can score Garmin higher than three stars, because of their initial response and the several quality issues I have had with my Tacx Flow Smart Trainer since I bought it from them in 2000.

Tacx fietstrainer aangeschaft, nadat proef abonnement is afgelopen wil ik een premium abonnement afsluiten maar dit kan alleen met een credit card? IDeal of paypal lijken ze bij Tacx/Garmin niet te kennen. De Klarna optie (nog nooit mee eerder mee betaald) waarnaar wordt gerefereerd komt niet eens in het scherm, ook niet als je via Klarna app naar de website gaat. Als je dan alles in een eigen eco systeem wilt vangen zorg dan dat de klant kan betalen voor je diensten! Waarom kun je ook geen prepaid kaarten kopen....zo kun je die trainer toch niet gebruiken. Ik ga maar weer buiten fietsen, is gratis!!
