Poor quality product
Poor quality product. After spending around £120 on a new bat (rubbers glued onto a blade) I was so disappointed when using it. It feels really cheap and sounds awful when contacting the ball. The 'cut' of the rubbers is quite rough as well, where they have been trimmed to the shape of the blade. I have contacted them and the best they could do was offer a 40% discount on a new blade, which personally I feel is not good or had addressed my issues.
After reading your response to my review, I fail to see how offering me a reduced priced blade was going to fix things as I would either need to buy additional rubbers or try and remove the one's I have and get them glued onto the new blade.

Dear Colin, I'm sorry to hear about your complaint, you ordered a Waldner Ultra Carbon blade where you do not like the feeling and sound. You did not mention anything about these rubbers before. We cut them with a cutting machine and never get complaints about this, when it is done with this machine. We granted you a 40% discount on a new blade to help you out, unfortunatly this is not what you wanted. We are happy to look for a solution, but after our email you placed this review directly without contacting us for a second time.
Don't go anywhere else!
My go to for all things table tennis.
Be aware of stock levels before you order as the wait can be a week or 2 sometimes.
Prices are always good and well worth the wait if stock is limited.
