Really bad attitude from who ever was replying to me! Lied about the product and price! I will never use these people again! Board I got delivered had issues too but no point asking them to rectify it as there attitude is shocking!

Got my paddle board Explorer 2!!! It was delivered the next day. The kit contains everything you need and much more. Excellent quality and doesn't look like other paddle boards I see around, this one looks expensive and very high quality, no stupid multi-colored patterns. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend this to my friends.

I bought a pressure washer six months ago and decided not to leave a review right away. Used this a large number of times and was very pleased. The high-pressure washer is assembled to a very high quality and is quite easy to care for, You don't need to be a mechanic to do this. Excellent post-warranty service, I can recommend it o every one! I just saw a negative review and I'm sorry that you come across such buyers, although it really looks like a fake review. Thanks again to the T-sport team!

In summary: don't trust anything on this firm's website, expect them to lie to you (even in writing) and if you do buy something from them make sure you pay using Paypal or a credit card so you have some protection for when it goes wrong.

I purchased an electric pressure washer from the 'T-Sport Power' side of this business. I brought the pressure washer knowing that it was produced / imported by another firm, Nitrotek, however the listing on the T-Sport power website stated that the package sold by it included a large number of accessories that was not in the standard Nitrotek offering.

T-Sport are based very locally to me so I was also keen to try and support a local small business. What a mistake that was.

The pressure washer was shipped directly by the supplier (Nitrotek) very quickly and arrived the day after ordering. Upon opening the box though, it was immediately apparent that what I had been sent in no way matched the listing on the T-Sport website. Not a single one of the 'extras' advertised had been included, with only the pressure washer and basic lance / washer bottle in the box.

Just after I'd received the item and realised it didn't match the description, I went back on to the T-Sport website on my laptop only to find that they had updated the sales listing to remove all mention to any pressure washer accessories. Thankfully, I still had the website open on my phone which showed the sales listing exactly as it was when I purchased the item. I challenged T-Sport on this unbelievably deceptive practice and was told that it was 'impossible' and 'didn't happen' that I saw a version of the sales listing which mentioned bundled extras. When I sent them screenshots of the website as I saw it on my phone, they refused to even acknowledge that they had provided me goods which didn't match their description.

When I asked T-Sport to send the accessories that should've been included with my purchase, they then lied to me claiming that neither they nor their supplier had a single accessory in stock and it would therefore be impossible for them to honour their product description. I sent them links to the supplier's website showing that every single one of the supposed bundled accessories was in stock and available for purchase, to which T-Sport suggested I go away and buy those accessories....at a vast markup for what should've been included in the first place.

To add insult to injury, I tested the pressure washer the next morning and found that the plastic casing / handle had been damaged, and that the motor was not assembled correctly, allowing water to pour out the bottom of the unit onto the electrical junction box directly beneath it. A dangerous, if not fatal manufacturing defect.

Knowing that the item was unfit for purpose and didn't match the description, I was left with no choice but to abandon any hope of getting what I paid for originally and had to threaten legal action to recover the purchase costs. This then prompted them to arrange a courier collection to return the item, but still without acknowledging their lies or deceitful practices in changing their website.

I would very, very strongly suggest that if you are reading this you avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

T-Sport has now responded claiming I have left a fake review. Apart from that being libellous to suggest that I am lying, it is so obviously not the truth. My order was number #1108 placed on 13 June 2024 at 10:40am. I received email responses from a member of your staff called Lee.

If you're a potential customer of this firm reading this, then clearly you're capable of reaching your own conclusion as to whether this is a fake review. The fact that this company is unwilling to even publicly engage with a customer they've significantly messed about says it all.....

Would definitely stay away from this company, bought a scooter for a Christmas present it lasted 3 months before the wire snapped once got a replacement it sparked in my daughters face luckily no lasting damage after trying to get a replacement for 4 months this shop just changes their policy when ever they are questioned even took it to a verified scooter service and they even said how dangerous and faulty the e scooter is and should not have been sold
They claim it’s not under warranty as a label has gone red yet it came that way
Avoid at all cost if you want a safe and reliable place to buy a e scooter bought on Amazon from this company

1. None of the wires are insulated they are all bunched together crossing over each other it’s like a puzzle seeing where a certain wire starts and ends
2. My daughter was putting the replacement wire which youse did supply no instructions though I was told we had to YouTube it
3. The lable came red when the scooter arrived
4. Trading standards are looking into this now and once they speak to man I would be happy to to send you the contact details of the store
5. That is funny because I was told your return policy was 6 months then it went to 3 months

Never Again! I ordered a cable attachment in early Jan. Postage itself was quick enough, however I was sent the wrong item.

I contacted Tsport and they organised collection with Royal Mail, again pretty quickly.

I was expecting the refund to have been processed as quickly via my original mode of payment, however I’m having to constantly chase for an update and still haven’t received my money back and this is first week March. There is no telephone number so it’s constantly having to email back and forth and I’m just fed up!

I would never again purchase anything from tsport or recommend to anyone.

Easy to order , had slight issue with PayPal overpaying but was dealt with straight away and refund given .
Also had an issue with their choice of courier DHL seem unable to deliver to the correct address , but not the fault of this company .
Good little E scooter very pleased so far .

Bought a lat pull down add in for my bench, I got it for a very good price with T-sport and it was dispatched the day of payment and arrived at mine a couple of days later well packed.

Good product, easy to assemble and use.

Initially there was a bit of mix up with the order. When I contacted them they must of shipped it out ASAP as it came the next day. It arrived well packaged.
Customer service was excellent.
I will definitely use this company again.

Instant processing of the order, and dispatching. Extremely quick delivery with DHL, keeping me up to date on the delivery status. Excellent service.

The design had changed from the diagram but the amount of screws provided were less to correspond with the diagram, does the job well, made to the same spec as most of these kind of things pretty good value for money.

The product seems sturdy and the assembly was easy and quick (1h30min more or less).

The mounting instructions could be a little bit crystal-clear but it's ok.

Have still not received the item, you said delivery was just a day but now it’s been three days now

The item turned up well packed. The delivery driver brought the large box to the back of my flat to my request as I have a ramp and it was easier for the driver to deliver, he was friendly had a smile on his face, that was a nice welcoming to his customers. Excellent Service. Nothing to complain about.

The item is constructed well and looks strong.
There are a few small areas that didn't get painted but this does not affect the use.
