Good tool exactly what i needed to manage PST files outside Outlook.
And the support is reactif and very helpfull.

Andreas Santos helped me for almost 2 hours without losing patience. However, eventually he helped to troubleshoot root cause and helped me to initiate the IMAP transfer of emails. They deserve more than 5 ratings out of 5. Amazing support. THANK YOU!

After purchasing EML Viewer Pro, activation on my new system failed due to an invalid product code. Despite receiving an e-mail stating activation was successful, the software remained unusable. Attempts to reach customer support via chat and e-mail were unsuccessful: e-mails bounced and no live help was offered.

When I left a negative review explaining my situation, the company replied offering to resolve my issue if I changed my rating to five stars and posted a positive review. This conditional support is highly inappropriate and violates Trustpilot's review policies. I have reported the incident to Trustpilot.

Consumers should be cautious when dealing with this company, both regarding software activation and review practices.

Even though my issue hasn't been resolved yet, I'm still giving your representative, Andreas Santos, a five star review. He spent over 2 hours with me and was very patient and helpful throughout. We ended up at a dead end for today, but he said he'd contact me tomorrow after he has a chance to talk with development team. I'm excited to learn more and hopefully will be back up and running tomorrow. Thank you!

As much as I love every product we have ever used - their customer service is HANDS DOWN the best out of ANY SOFTWARE company I have ever dealt with.

As luck would have it - my associates laptop died and we were able to get the files recovered - but the license was not transferable - we saved the license and chat with the remarkable Andreas Santos - who AMAZINGLY answered the chat and is allowing us to reload it on this new laptop!

I've used this software previously in 2021 for the migration of webmail from cPanel into Google Workspace. It worked like a charm. I'm intending to use this software once again in order to do the same practice now in 2025 as well. This product seems to be trustworthy, and their support team seems to be very proactive with a problem-solving mentality. I highly recommend this software for anyone who wants to be able to do a seamless migration of their emails!

We’ve several large PST files exceeding 20 GB that need to be imported into Exchange Online archiving mailboxes. We’re aware that importing PST files larger than 20 GB may result in errors and decreased overall performance. Therefore, we’re seeking tools that can assist in splitting these PST files into smaller sizes. After evaluating the SysTools Split PST product, we found it to be useful which efficiently divides large PST files and supports splitting by size as well as by multi date ranges. This solution appears reliable for reducing PST file sizes to enhance Outlook performance and protect data from corruption. It’s an excellent tool for managing large PST files.

I purchased SysTools to recover a severally damaged MDF file. I was not hopefully that I would be able to recover any data. I was delighted when all objects were recovered. On top of that, it was very easy to export the recovered data to an existing database. I have used other recovery tools in the past. Other software tools are very slow. I found SysTools to be run fast. I would highly recommend SysTools.

They are quick to give an answer to the questions. It was very helpfull for me an I could go on with the export/import pst with their tool.

I ordered their Disk Wipe program to deal with a stubborn M.2 drive. It worked flawlessly.

The staff showed a lot of attention in solving the issue. they worked hard several times until the final resolution was reached, always with a lot of patience and professionalism.

Systools PST Merge is a great product. I have used it to combine several PST files with no issues. I also removed duplicated emails to keep the PST from containing unnecessary duplicates. Definitely worth the purchase.
