Really happy with our EC04 upgrade, !! from start to finish The two installers Dylan and Bradley worked so hard,keeping disruption and mess to a minimum the electrician Josh, SJ the solar panel installers (so quick),scaffolders were so efficient also.The Project Manager Tamarah kept us fully informed all along the way as did the Installation Company Taggas with Kelly also giving us the experience of being relaxed without stress.These day's we read of offers which are usually too good to be true,definitely not the case with these Companies being Switch Energyand Taggas.Anyone considering this project we feel should not hesitate. My home qualified for the ECO4 upgrade. I approached Switch Energy after seeing an advert on social media. I'm glad I did.
Adam in sales arranged a home survey, then I was passed to Beatrice, who was my project manager. Beatrice kept me informed, booked everyone in, and answered any queries I had. She was super friendly and so helpful. Everyone who came to my house contacted me beforehand to introduce themselves and tell me what they would be doing.
Connor installed ventilation in my bathrooms and kitchen, he was really lovely and chatty. Then I had trickle vents installed in my windows and insulation in my loft (sorry guys, I can't remember your names!), then Jack came and removed all the radiators to make way for Andrei and his team from Newholme to install internal wall insulation. Really impressed with Andrei and his team, they worked super hard, and late some nights, to get it all done. They were clean, tidy (totally cling filming my fixtures and furniture to protect everything from plaster) and they were really friendly and informative. And they made sure I was happy by checking in and asking me how I wanted certain things done. Even though I kept asking if they needed me to do anything, Andrei wouldn't let me, he said his team would take care of everything, and they did. Lovely bloke.
Once they finished, Josh, Luke and Liam arrived from Taggas and installed the heat pump system and new radiators throughout, that was a huge job, but they worked hard and got it all done within the time frame, even though they had to arrange for a specialist drill company to come and prepare the holes in my 2ft thick stone walls. A different Josh turned up to install the electrics for my new ASHP. Both Josh's, Luke and Liam were all friendly, helpful and informative. Liam frequently asked about the positioning of radiators in my super wonky house, Josh asked where I wanted pipes if they couldn't go under the floor, and Luke gave me the full run down of how things worked. They even helped me move some furniture I was struggling with before they left.
The solar panels were fitted by Chris from SJ Insulations, thanks to PVF Scaffolding for enabling this to happen, followed closely by two more electricians to wire them up (names have gone again!).
Finally Jonah and another chap turned up to insulate the inside of the small flat roof in my kitchen (more cling film), but that took less than an afternoon.
All in all, I had four weeks of complete upheavel, and I now have a lot of painting to do, but it was so worth it, and everyone I met along the way was just lovely. I should add that any skirtings or window sills that were damaged during removal (for the wall insulation) were replaced like for like by Anthony after all the internal work was complete. Anthony was really helpful and friendly.

Very good, very efficient, spot on with all energy upgrades, we have been given Loft insulation, a new heating system Air source & solar panels - The lads were amazing and cleaned up everything! would recommend Tamarah , our project manager, Domestic Energy and switch any day of the week!

Workers are very polite and very clean and tidy very professional and done a excellent job and they explained everything if I was unsure about the job and very trustworthy would recommend to anyone

Men came to put Central heating in my home very well dressed good manners. Polite,explained everything to me dud outstanding work cleaned all up after themselves would reccomand to anyone well done lads very well pleased with job done Mrs L griffiths

Conduit renewable solutions Have gone above and beyond doing the work in the outside of our house recently. Anything that needed sorting or fixing was done to a very high standard and can’t thank them enough for all their hard work.

Tamarah was very good at coordinating all the different trades and keeping in contact with me. We are very happy with all the works carried out

Callum has helped to make a scary and difficult experience almost bearable! Thanks to Callum, every communication with Switch Energy Network Ltd has been both easy to understand and helpful. He has personally (virtually!) held my hand through every step of each part of the process and explained everything clearly to help me understand what was going to happen next... This has been invaluable for me to help me cope with such huge changes in my home - Thanks Callum!

I have used Switch Energy on a few ECO4 projects now with more in the pipeline. Callum dealt with my latest project and managed it to completion. The whole task was effortless and would I would definitely recommend Callum, and Switch Energy going forward.

Our project Manager Kieran was fantastic at making sure that all of the works were on track. The contractors were professional and friendly throughout the whole process and made my father feel at ease. A great service all round!

Awful company. Only will respond to get you to put a positive response on trust pilot. Will not respond to emails to fix issues after solar installation. Installation left uncompleted. Been almost 1 year. Don't trust these reviews as they been offering £30 for a positive review by everyone.

Switch Energy have been brilliant, they were regularly calling me to arrange the different stages of the installation. They also responded quickly to any emails that I sent or queries that I had promptly. The Switch Energy staff were always polite and courteous and checked in at regular stages of the installation to ensure that I was happy. Overall an excellent service.

Avoid at all costs !!!! we still have damage to our cladding from the installation. TRV valves still in the boxes on the side awaiting install. (Rubbish was left at the property)
(A leak had to be fixed by myself as we had a long delay of day before anyone got back to me
(Poor direction of the cables to the new board with no capping or protection (this will be reported on As well)

Absolutely fabulous. The whole insulation from start to finish went like clockwork. All the trades turned up on the day they were supposed to and did a fabulous job and the house was always left clean and tidy. Anna keep in touch throughout and went above and beyond making sure everything went to plan, I can't thank her enough, if her bosses read this she is a real asset. I'm in the building trade and I wish she could organise the jobs we are on. Thank you so much😁

S.E.N overall have been fantastic, from start to finish having the surveyors to the house to the point of completion it's been exciting, hectic at time's and noisy at time's. All the 3rd party companies Switch used like Green Energy Renewable were very good, polite, helpful and tidy.
I'm on JSA and Switch helped secure an Eco4 scheme to carry out all the work, insulation to the loft and walls, new heat pump and radiators, doesn't sound like much but it's made the house warmer. It's taken approximately 3 weeks to get all work completed.

Callum was both helpful & professional. He was my project manager. When ever I contacted him, if he was unavailable he always get straight back to me. He took pre existing conditions into account & made reasonable adjustments accordingly. I am very happy with both the customer service side & the quality of work undertaken. I would personally recommend this opportunity to both friends & family.
