Switch Electronics Recenzje

Very impressed with the turn around and service from Switch Electronics. Ordered past 4pm on Friday evening and received at around 10am Saturday morning. That’s better than Amazon Prime!
Products were exactly as described and great value for money. Thoroughly recommend.

Very disappointed. Item received was totally different from the description on the website and they couldn't even bother to acknowledge my email let alone sort the problem out. As a result I am now £13 out of pocket.
From reading other reviews this might not be unusual.

Ordered some terminal posts & plastic box few days ago found service first class, VERY fast delivery & kept in loop with updates etc at each stage plus very reasonable prices many thanks!

Good website, good products and prices, but let down by their failure to technically support their products. Technical support was brilliant from their competitor Pi Hut, who I also bought products from, but non existent after two days waiting from this company. I will avoid them in the future where possible.

Brilliant Company, great selection of products at reasonable prices. SUPER FAST delivery. ordered yesterday, received today!

Switch Electronics could be a great resource for small electronic parts and components; they seem to have a huge stock list and are very quick to arrange delivery. You can buy one-offs from their eBay store, but they charge a premium. Ordering direct is cheaper but you need to spend a bit (currently £30) to benefit from free shipping.

Their big let down however is that they simply cannot correctly send you what you order first time. Orders almost always either have something missing, or something incorrect. They generally sort this out afterwards but it's such a pain.

I have been returning to the store for some time, but have now decided to use a competitor instead as they just cannot get it right. It's such a fundamental thing to get right so I can't give them more than 2 stars.

I would also be concerned about them supplying an incorrect value component (which they have done to me) and causing an injury to someone who did not double check this before installing.

Excellent service and ultra-fast delivery, excellent for small orders, far cheaper than Radio Spares. I ordered some 22K 3W resistors to fix my bathroom fan timer board. They arrived the very next day. I'm impressed with the speed of delivery and the parts are exactly what I ordered. Thanks and I'll use you again in the future. Great customer service.

placed an order for a handful of parts, one of them was incorrect, it was only a quid or so therefore I didnt bother to raise an issue with them although I was mildly annoyed it was the wrong part. They have a good selection of interesting parts so I might give them another go soon.

Unsolicited spam email received.
I may have considered using them if their approach had been more professional, but this sort of borderline activity sets of alarm bells.
If you do want to use them approach with caution, they may not respect your personal information as much as you may hope.

. Spring loaded toggle switch.
Rapid Delivery, Well Packaged.easy to connect up and fit.Excellent value for money.

I purchased a ZD-915 Desoldering vacuum after some helpful advice from Ben at Switch Electronics. Super quick delivery and the product has vastly improved the removal of SMDs. I had been struggling with cheaper products so this vacuum pump is highly recommended.

Well I ordered some female fuses for my car they arrived today. Very fast delivery also they have kept me upto date about my order which I only ordered a few days ago

I have used switch electronics on many, many occasions and have always received excellent service.Their list of parts has to be second to none.I for one will always if possible use them.

My experience of this company has been the worst. They were not responding to me. Not picking up the phone. Not replying to emails. I decided to leave a poor review saying so and their response was not to correct their poor customer service but to cancel my purchase and make the delivery time 6 weeks. i would avoid at all costs. you dont know if you'll get your goods and if you dont nobody will be there to respond. im in shock as to how a company like this can operate.

Will not answer the phone, don't reply to answer machine, will not respond to emails

I placed my order with switch electronics on their E Bay shop two days and didn’t expect it to arrive until the 4th of January because of the Christmas period.
However two days later I was pleasantly surprised when I got home from work to find my order on the doorstep.
Not only do they give exceptionally fast delivery they also give great prices and a large selection of electronic items.
I also found their website very easy to navigate.
Will definitely be using them again for all my electronic needs

I've been using Switch Electronics for about 3 years via eBay for an assortment of electronic and electrical parts.

The parts are always exactly as per the listing, with a great price and and usually drop through the letterbox in 36 hrs from ordering.

Switch Electronics are my go-to place for small parts

This review would have been a 5 star review. As the delivery was extremely fast, and the products are worth the money.

However they have failed to send one of the items I purchased, and their customer service is non existent. I gather there is a "covid-19" issue right now. But you should not be selling products if you cannot back that up with the decency to respond to a customer, when you fail to complete an order after receiving payment.

14 phone calls, and an email (which can be responded to from anywhere) since the 27th of April. No response. I don't believe I will be using this website again.

Will not answer the phone, don't reply to answer machine, will not respond to emails, web page has an error when trying to place an order.
Pretty hopeless.

Impossible to contact 'customer services' by telephone having received faulty product.
