Krissy was very polite and courteous, and obviously knew what the solution was very quickly.

Right from the start , my first enquiry about my boiler issue , 16.45
And by 19.30 the same evening
New boiler booked for installation..!
We visited by Lewis who assessed our current boiler and the problem-
After much discussion it was confirmed we would need a replacement
Lewis was very thorough with the information- working his way though a booklet which included all the information we needed on boiler types , service plan, and finance if needed
Then appointment booked..!
We could make the initial date suggested- but he was very accommodating to a day I wasn’t working..!
Jason and his buddy who fitted the boiler , very prompt , polite, and genuinely nice guys , keeping all areas clean and today , apologies for any access noise - but this really wasn’t a problem..!!
Great explanation to the working of the boiler once fitted , such patience when I didn’t understand the first and second time..!!
Thankyou again for such great service from start to finish- would highly recommend..!!

Very friendly service technician, who phoned prior to the appointment time to see if it was ok to arrive early due to a cancellation. Prompt arrival, excellent service and a stroke for Lucy the dog. Swift installed my boiler in 2022 and have serviced it annually thereafter, I have total confidence in their operatives and the company itself to install and maintain my boiler. Well done.

Krissy kept me informed of her arrival time with regular updates when she came to service my boiler.
She respected my property as if it were her own. She was very knowledgeable and also extremely helpful with an issue I had with my external flu.
Krissy was very professional and cleaned up after herself. Not leaving a trace of her visit.

Lewis came out quickly to my dinosaur of a boiler tried to fix it unfortunately he wasnt able to it was dead, he then quoted for a new boiler. Didn't rush me and gave time to consider other companies. When I decided to go with them Lewis took into consideration the fact that I work nights and was only available 3 days a week for it to be fitted. He managed to get us fitted in earlier than expected. Which I was grateful for. The two lads that came to fit the boiler were clean and tidy. Very friendly and got it done super quick. There was a small fault with wiring that they came out the next day to fix and it was sorted in 10 minutes. Would 100 percent recommend
