I was really impressed with both Lewis's diagnostics and options available to me in regards new boiler. Lewis secured a quick installation date and kept me informed. The young man Tommy who installed my boiler,was polite,efficient and knowledgeable. Delightful service and would recommend them to anyone.

Initial install of my new boiler was great however I have had problems since just trying to book a service. Paid upfront for their reassurance plan but after almost 6 months cannot get someone to service the boiler. They don't seem to have any engineers working in my area. They eventually gave me a date of Dec 12h but no one showed up. Even trying to get a refund of the Reassurance plan is proving difficult. Their after sales service is very poor. I would just like to get a refund so I can book a service elsewhere with a company that can live up to its obligations to service my boiler as Swift clearly aren't able to do that.

Swift Heating Installations send regular reminders leading up to when your service is due. The booking process is very easy. Krissy the heating engineer was excellent. She was very helpful and gave some good advice.

Installed new boiler within a couple of days from initial appointment. Job carried out efficiently. Very pleased with the service. Would recommend.

On the 15th October 2025 I wrote a negative review regarding the service of Swift Heating. Since then, Lewis has gone out of his way to rectify the service that I received. He contacted Baxi and ensured that my warranty for my boiler was updated to five years, and then he undertook to add an additional five years warranty on the new boiler, based on the understanding that Swift will carry out the annual servicing of the boiler, which I was thrilled about. There are so many contractors that walk away from situations or problems that arise, but in this instance Swift Heating stood by their initial quote and warranty. Thanks Lewis.

Swift heating engineer came out quoted me a good price to install and fit a new boiler.
On the day of instalment , engineer came out, in no time the old was removed and new one in place.
Few hours later, it was up and working .
Swift engineer , polite and professional and made sure I was happy with the installation.

From beginning to end a good experience. Listened to what we want wanted and delivered with no problems. The workmen were friendly, informative and got on with the job checking we were happy with the installation all along. Very pleased.
