I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star!
Placed an order with them on the 27th April, got an email to say it had been shipped the 28th. Admittedly we have had bank holiday however tracking hasn’t updated at all, contacted Yodel who said the sender hasn’t sent the parcel and to contact them. I’ve emailed numerous times, called, messaged on WhatsApp as the website suggests and Facebook… no reply at all! This isn’t a small order either!

I ordered on 21st March item was not dispatched next day as stated on website and received no communication to inform of delays. (Possibly due to short staff and increased orders like a lot of company’s at the moment.)

Order was finally dispatched 29th March and had it not been for problems with courier I would have received next day.

Order arrived this morning minus items which were oos but refund was received very quickly.

Despite the long delay and lack of communication will use again.

Ordered on the 19 March still haven’t received order , emailed them never replied . States 1-3 days delivery still waiting . AVOID

Ordered on the 22nd. Order just showing as processing. Emailed twice. WhatsApped twice and called twice. Zero response or acknowledgement.

Have ordered twice now and have just put in another order. Sweets are really good value, brought loads for my kids party bags. Really really good couldn’t recommend them enough! When I needed to message them about my order they Wattsapped back straight away! Really suprised by the other reviews as I think they’re great!

loosing confidence in any kind of response.

No communication, phone-whatsapp -email.
I will source a refund from Paypal , the only good thing was I paid using them.
Not sure I would be confident consuming goods if they did turn up.

Revived an incorrect order

Was told the website stated chocolate
May differ to photos but it didn't there for I should have received the chocolate in the photo

Staff told me they was
Happy to replace the order

Then took it back and
Said would only replace 2 bags ( I ordered 6KG)

2 Replacements never arrived

Staff are now ignoring messages

Awful customer service

I should have received a full refund or 6 replacement bags

Parcel been lost by parcel company who will only deal with supplier! Sweets 4 all events were good with communication at first and said they were looking into it. But now are repeatedly ignoring my messages, not issued a refund and still no parcel for an order placed in June!
Complained to clear pay who withdrew my dispute because this company provided the tracking details knowing the parcel was lost!

Do not give this company your personal details!!!

I enquired about my first order from here yesterday (order placed 22/01) gave my order number, and was promised an update this morning.

After chasing for an update I was told my order was delivered and left at my door on Thursday.
Apparently it was hand delivered to my door in BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, from Birmingham...

This isn't correct, we have been self isolating this week so I asked for the delivery address to be confirmed.
I was sent a screenshot of a 'Ellie Meehan' followed by her full postal address!
HUGE BREACH IN GPDR DATA PROTECTION - This will be reported to the ICP.

I replied that this wasn't my address, and corrected the address, but apparently they were looking at the wrong order number...which is 5 digits long!

I was then told they were going to track my, now correct, order number. And after waiting another 25 minutes, I hadn't had a reply.
So I asked for the tracking number. It then transpired that they didn't have it, and it wouldn't be available until Monday.

During the conversation the person at the other end of the WhatsApp was very rude, abrupt and quite frankly didn't care.
I won't be using this service again and I advise against giving any personal details because apparently they aren't secure in the slightest!

All I was told is that it's still within the 3-6 working day estimate, and that I *should* have received a tracking number (I haven't received one, only an order completed email) from staff.

I appreciate that it's still in the time scale, I just wanted a rough idea of when to expect my parcel, apparently that's much too difficult to find out, you're met with hostility, excuses and to top it all, you'll get someone else's name and address sent to you.

AVOID AND ORDER ELSEWHERE OR WHO KNOWS WHO ENDS UP WITH ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!
