Online it said 2-3 working days, fast delivery. It also said £3.99 delivery - i paid £4.99 delivery.. I placed an order on 3rd December & I sent an email & messaged them on social media like it states on their website a few days later after i recieved nothing but no reply, I rang them yesterday & spoke to Craig who said they were waiting for some items to come in & he would let me know. Nothing was heard so I called again a few times today - no answer until he text me to saying they're still waiting on my items (I ordered 19 items, over £50) but he did over a refund & that's why I opted for a 2 star other than a 1 star - if products aren't available don't advertise them & don't advertise false information. I won't be ordering with them again. I wish I read these reviews first. They also need to improve on their communication skills.

I wish I'd seen the other reviews here before I'd ordered. As others have said, their website says to allow 2-3 working days for delivery, but this is nonsense. It takes weeks before they even send it, they don't reply to emails or queries on social media, they throw the items in a box, so smaller items are bashed by heavier items, and there's scrawled note in the box saying "Out of stock:" then a list of everything that wasn't available, and a refund amount owed, but you still have to keep chasing them up for the refund. I would highly recommend "sweets and candy" - they have a very speedy turnaround, and great prices, and I only wish I'd found them before I ordered from this bunch of cowboys.

Placed an order but only received half of it, they did not inform me that half of it was out of stock, why allow you to add items to your cart that are out of stock and checkout and pay! Plus paying postage costs, i wouldn't have bothered ordering if i would have known i wouldn't receive my main items. Plus sweets felt cheap and tiny compared to online photos! Can purchase better quality in £1 shop!

Ordered over £50 worth of goods wrong order received emailed straight away got one reply asking for my order number that was approx 6 weeks ago no reply…. No offer of putting things right DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered drinks, supposedly 2-3:day delivery, Over a week later, order not even processed. Sent emails, zero response. Got refund through PayPal.

Two of the items were not in stock so I had to be refunded.
The others arrived but one (the hamburger sweet) had no outer packaging and was totally useless to give as a gift. No replies to any emails. What a waste of £20.

Terrible company not only did not even send out my order when phoned eventuly sent out after saying they were going to cancel . When it did eventualy arrive packets were broken and a lot of them did not have allergen labels on them . DO NOT BUY from this company

Ordered blue m&ms, was sent peanut non-brand m&ms. When I told them they sent the wrong thing, they said policy was to refund upon return, and that all m&ms are peanut unless specifically specified to be chocolate. huh? I challenged, they ghosted me. Gave up, it was only £4 but I'm still annoyed 8 weeks later and came to find the trustpilot so I could write a review. Wish I'd read the other comments before buying...

I ordered £100 worth of stock and did not receive £23.28 worth. Contacted them and they only refunded £7.25. Had to chase again. This time they sent the ‘correct’ stock (some was correct, some wasn’t!). They agreed to refund what was outstanding and they haven’t done this and now ignore all emails

I ordered on Sunday, than I read the reviews and thought “omg” and had abit of fear in me after reading all these reviews. Today (Friday) they was delivered. Packed great and the sweets were so fresh I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

Bought some sweets for my little boys birthday back in January. Placed the order for next day delivery, paid extra for it so I could get it with plenty of time. Obviously too good to be true. Order never arrived, still right now have not been refunded. I understand family life happens but to STEAL from customers is vile and disgusting. What an absolute joke of a company and I am SHOCKED to see they’re even still trading. I have taken it further and reported to trading standards also so hopefully no one else falls victim to this trap!!!

I ordered £60 worth of products thinking I would have them delivered within 2 - 3 working days like it suggests on the website HOWEVER the only thing I have received from the website is an email to say my order is being processed. That was 9 days ago and I still haven't had an update. The due date has now been and gone and the event is in 1 day. I emailed them 3 times to say I would like to cancel the order as the deadline has passed and have heard nothing back. I am glad I paid using Klarna as I have logged it with them and I hope I get my money back!!
This website needs to be offline immediately!

Made my first order then saw the reviews on here and was worried but I didn't need to be my order was dispatched and delivered in a few days, great price for very tasty sweets! Thank you :) I'll definitely be ordering again.

This company has no shame. They basically take your money and don’t provide the goods. I only wish I read the reviews online before placing my order. I Placed an order for over £50 thinking I would get quick delivery as stated on the website .after four days and chasing the company I finally had an email to say the sweets had been dispatched. Two days later I had an email to say my parcel had been delivered only it was delivered to the wrong address. Yodel would not take responsibility as they said it was delivered to what they had on their satnav. Even though I had CCTV to prove no delivery had taken place The Customer service at sweets 4 events is absolutely disgusting. I kept getting fobbed off for weeks With a promise of a refund. On two occasions I was told the refund had been done. Obviously they were lying. in the end I was able to provide the bank with the emails And the bank refunded me PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY I’M SURE TRADING STANDARDS WILL BE INTERESTED WITH HOW THIS COMPANY OPERATES. I’ve also forwarded information to Clearpay and Klarna. I’m sure they will be interested to know the business is taking money by deception.

I placed an order on a Monday evening emphasis all over the site about you will receive within 2-3 business days. Thursday still no update on order sent an email questioning where my order was? No reply. the following Monday received an email saying order had been processed and received a tracking through a third party company that stated the shipping company as yodel. I was charged £4.99 for postage and the site says postage is £3.99. For this cost I’d expect better than yodel. Yodel then delivered my parcel to who knows where I didn’t receive it and none of my neighbours in the building the driver claimed he delivered to had received it. I contacted sweets 4 all events again telling them the issue to which I received an immediate (within a minute if sending) response telling me to contract yodel. I then contacted yodel to which they told me the gps coordinates did not match the address the driver claimed to deliver to. Yodel said they would conduct an investigation and get back to me. They then sent an email waiting the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address and the driver had no further info and to contact the seller. I then sent yet another email to sweets 4 all events and they have not replied. This company takes no ownership and uses the worst courier and overcharges for it. I will have to make a claim through PayPal to get my money back. Unpleasant experience do not use this site as all the other reviews suggest,

They took my money but didn’t deliver the sweets.
They don’t answer emails or calls and ignore requests for refunds.

First and last time ordering!! Ordered a pink mix, the photo does not show fizzy sweets yet my bag is full of nothing but fizzy! The order complete note said nothing about any items being out of stock yet I had missing items! So disappointed and will definitely not use again

Appalling company to deal with. Sent emails requesting refund after 6 working days (2/3 working days for delivery stated on website) and again after 8 working days. Had to order sweets again from alternative suppliers as no response from company.
Sweets finally delivered today (12 working days later) but too late as our function was last Saturday.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. DISGUSTING NON-SERVICE.

Do not order. Communication is absolute rubbish, message then twice to no reply back. When I finally got my order one of the big easter eggs are totally smashed. I only give them 1 star because I could not leave a review unless I did. Disgusting place and I never use again.

Ordered 10 bags of herrs crisps, they only sent 4 and I cant get my money back as they never reply to emails or phone calls . RIP of company, please dont use.
