it’s been 8 days since i ordered no parcel contacted for 8 days to refund thousands of times no reply i have messaged on tiktok and commented my comments get deleted. completely ignored klarna can’t even give me a refund for a month of £40 i’m so angry

Placed an order on the 6th May as per website 2-3 days for delivery!
20th May, nothing received, no contact
These were for a birthday party 17th May
Rubbish! Waste of time and money
Paid for with Klarna so have raised a dispute
Email after email sent, No contact

Ordered from this company a week ago, asked for an update regarding delivery of my order, no reply so it's over to Paypal to get a refund...Wish I'd checked these reviews first.

Received only half of what I had ordered. There was no warning prior to the delivery and it was just scribbled on a piece of paper inside the package that they were out of stock. This was frustrating at the time but, on it's own, no big deal. However, I've not received any kind of refund or follow up on the missing items, emails are not being replied to and there is no phone number listed.

Website said free delivery if spending over £50.
Wanted to place an order for over £50 and it was charging me nearly £8 for delivery.
They said it might not be free delivery, and they’d check. I am near Glasgow so UK mainland.
Still haven’t heard back from them.

Ordered sweet for Easter with 6 days for delivery, paid the £4,99 for 48 delivery, had an e mail saying order is being processed, nothing else even though several e mails sent, easter came and went nothing , loved a case with PayPal who found in my favour , good jog I used good old PayPal

I have been ordering sweets from this company for the last couple of years for my schools fundraising events. They have always been great. The order always comes in good time, great price and fab selection. I would recommend without hesitation.

Huge selection of products, from the traditional sweets to the unusual array of overseas products. The service I received was 1st class. I've ordered online and I've visited the shop. So much choice inside, left with far more than i went in for 😋 😋 😋

Scam site. Paid for sweets for Christmas. Never got them and no answer from company. No way to contact them other than email. However they’re still selling stuff online.

Order red liquorice that was meant to be delivered 2-3 days. 10 days later and still no sign of the items.

Chased with email and no response. No acknowledgement to the order either.

Avoid this company, probably a scam. Luckily paid by Paypal so have put in dispute.

So the online process was easy, the prices seem good for majority of products. The parcel arrived within a week. Some of the order was missing. I wasnt aware until i saw a piece of paper int he box telling me. No refund received!
There were a couple of the products pre packed in wrapping ive seen in most sweet shops. There were also some sealed in plastic wrapping. These had no best before dates or any details on.
All of the products i ordered were a form of marshmallows or foam sweets yet none of them were actual marshmallow textured. Most to hard. when a bit soft it was a strange texture. The marshmallow domes were hard and chocolate tasted odd. Dolphin marshmallows bit softer but more like nougat. Love heart marshmallows texture was odd but at least there was a better taste. both chocolate bananas and plain were very hard.
The lot has gone into the bin.
Please dont waste your money

Only recived 1/3 of the order which was over a month late. They never replied to me emails. Please AVOID.

Why didnt I check reviews before ordering! Scam company..don't order. Not received goods..no reply from company. Terrible. I'll continue to submit reviews and Instagram comments on their open profile to warn others.

Order loads of different types of fudge. They all came in totally unmarked bags. No idea which flavour is which. No allergy or ingredients information on the packets either Which I'm pretty sure is against legislation. Also four different things I ordered weren't in the package and I just got a refund with no explanation. Also I had to chase as no dispatch email was received. Very poor service.

Company took absolutely forever to send items, only for their `courier driver` to then refuse to deliver inside the business address opening times of 9.30 am - 5.30 pm. After 5 attempts (apparently...but I have my doubts) to deliver at 8.00 pm the items were returned to sender (apparently).
The items were returned by the `courier` to Sweets 4 All Events and despite my efforts I still have never been able to get Sweets 4 All Events to refund me a single penny of the money. They just kept it and basically ignored me.
Surely this company should not be permitted to continually rip people off.

I made an order with them and when I received it I found that two items were past their use by dates. There was nothing in the listing to say they were actually out of date; they sold them as in date items. I emailed them twice but they are just ignoring my emails. I would not recommend them.

Shocking do not order from them.i placed an order they took the money but I only received half my order. No refund and I have emailed them with no reply plus phoned with no answer .
Avoid this company or whatever they call it absolutely shocking

Had to chase order after ringing mobile number recieved order next day .Not well packed and the bag of liquorice mix was terrible. Think some customer service wouldn't do any harm.

Scammers - I placed an order on 6th December and have heard nothing since. I have been emailing and contacting via social media pages for 5 days and the company have now blocked me and will not respond. Also the money that was taken from my PayPal went to Spin to Win not the fake sweet company the are pretending to be. DO NOT USE
