I’ve been a loyal Sweed customer for years, but this was my last order. I ordered from Australia and the site showed $77, I was then charged $106, which turned out to be USD. I emailed immediately to cancel, but they refused to help. I also pointed out that the pricing didn’t match the country I selected — still no support.
The next day the product went 25% off, and even then they wouldn’t refund the difference after their own unclear pricing. Really disappointing customer service, and unfortunately they’ve now lost a long-time customer.
