We are new customers and are really pleased with our first annual service - very thorough, friendly and professional. Admin, follow up etc is equally impressive. We will now be using for other heating changes we want to make in the property.

Paul turned up on time found the problem within minutes.
Very efficient polite worker job done within a couple of hours left everything clean and tidy.
Have now booked for a sevice.

Excellent service and communication. The engineer explained that I required a small cover after having the old timer removed from a Hive installation. Highly recommend.

We had a new boiler installed where Ryans team did a great job in only one day. They showed up on time and did a very clean job. The boiler is working normally so far (3 days later).

I would highly recommend Surrey heating Specialists. I have a service plan with them and they are very quick to respond when I call them if I have a problem. All of the people that have come have been excellent and very competent and I would completely trust them. They do a great job with no fuss.

Had our boiler serviced yesterday by Paul. As always he is extremely professional, polite and friendly. Surrey Heating fitted our new boiler nearly 3 years ago and we have a service plan with them. Our experience with them has always been excellent. Would highly recommend them if you need any work doing. They provide top quality work and their customer service is top class too.

We had Surrey Heating Specialists recommended by a next door neighbour as my water was running lukewarm. Called this morning and spoke to Daniel at their office who took my details and arranged for an enginner to attend. Luckily there was an engineer on a call out in my local area and I was informed they would be able to attend within the hour. Terry the enginner arrived within 40 minutes. He diagnosed the issues efficiently, undertook the boiler service and completed the work to a high standard. The price was competitive and transparent, with no hidden costs. Overall, excellent service - would highly recommend Surrey Heating Specialists.

Have had a gold service plan for a couple of years with Surrey heating which includes repair and servicing. Recently had an issue which was non urgent. Paul came next day, fixed the issue. Great professional service as always

I had a 25 year old boiler replaced with a Worcester. Daniel worked efficiently and installed the new boiler within a few hours. He was friendly and polite. He left everything tidy.
Ryan kept me informed before the visit and Daniel called when he was en route.

SHS installed a new unvented water tank in my loft. The engineer arrived early and worked hard throughout. He made no mess and answered all of my questions. There were some unexpected complexities to the job but he managed these admirably and I would recommend them.

High standard of engineering, excellent and friendly. I’ve been using Ryan and his team for years both with new and old boilers. Recommend for both installation and service contracts.

Tyler was able to fix the problem with our leaking water valve of the boiler. He told us the problem, what he did to solve the problem & what to expect after. He was also quite punctual. I think the boiler cover I got was worth it.

"I have used Surrey Heating services twice to repair the Heating system for my 94 year old Aunt who lives alone in Ashford, Surrey with the help of a "live in carer". As I live 250 miles away I needed a reliable and trustworthy supplier. On both occasions they attended within 4hrs as promised. The call out fee was very reasonable and They gave very reasonable quotes for the work required. The engineers were very professional and helpful left everything clean and tidy and kept me informed of progress throughout. The work was carried out promptly. Although I found the IT system they use a little difficult to navigate initialy it works very well and has the facility to request a call back for those with little IT knowledge and any such requests are followed up within 15mins. I found it a pleasent change to deal with a company who obviously put the customer first. I have no hesitation in recommending Surrey Heating Specialists as one of the best companies I have dealt with for several years. "
