Good service and products
My order arrived quickly and nicely wrapped up to protect them. I can't comment on the cigars themselves as they are a gift that hasn't been given yet. Have had some previously though that were very good.

Subscription a disappointment
I Ordered the subscription and was hoping it would come all nicely packed in a box but it was just a couple cigars in an envelope which I was very disappointed about. since all the other cigar websites that do subscriptions are nicely packaged, and there cigars come extras like information about the cigars etc I feel for £65 it’s was no way near as good as any of the other subscriptions I have had in the pass, also I had to phone up to question when my cigars where being dispatched and I never received a dispatched confirmation email , I had high hopes for the subscription but I’m very disappointed

Very friendly atmosphere
Very friendly atmosphere. Laid back vibe and welcoming. The humidor is everything as promised on the website. I dropped by after work and was greeted with a handshake and familiar conversation, as if we'd been friends for a long time. This attitude is essential for newer customers just discovering the world of cigars. Will definitely be returning regularly
