Surge is a great betting app and I very happy with it's functionality it's promos I will continue to use it

DON'T USE THIS PLATFORM
Predatory terms and conditions, you have to turnover all deposit at 1.80??!! One big joke, don't bother

"8.10. Amused requires that any deposits into a Member’s Account be turned over at least once or ‘bet through’ at a price of $1.80 or greater prior to authorising a withdrawal from he Member’s Account. Turnover of deposits can be on any racing market."

Edit: even after satisfying requirements I am getting roadblocked to withdraw money and having to contact customer service for them to consult with their finance team 🤔

It is a scam. You can only withdraw “winnings” from bets with odds 1.8 or higher.
So essentially you need to double your money to break even.

Surge is good - I came across it via the Wayne Carey advertisement. Not sure why others have issues either - all good to me.

I don't know why everyone has a problem with this app. I haven't had any issues apart from having to login everytime I want to use the app. Other than that it seems like people aren't reading the fine print on their promotions. Sometimes the bonus money takes a while to come through and the withdraw times are horrible it's actually not a bad app.

I received a text message "Our Electrifying 2nd-10th money back special comes up in tomorrow's only group 1 - the Winterbottom sakes. " with that message I deposited my 50 and placed bet straight away, who wouldn't with that offer. I ran second "Oscar's Fortune" but DENIED the bonus because they said the bet should of been placed the next day. I ask why send the text message the day before, seem like a good way to catch the unexpected. with such a choice of bookmakers I would stay well clear of Surge

Avoid at all cost, put 50$ in got 50$ bonus and I won $100 have been trying to withdraw for 48 hours after multiple emails and phone calls they keep saying it’s my fault and that’s it’s fixed now. But then I try and still doesn’t work

Be careful. Had a bet on a promotional race which should have received bonus credit. Surge decided to retrospectively make me ineligible for promotions and would not pay the bonus credit. AVOID.

Put a bet on that won received the money and when I when to chat with a certain staff member about my money being short as I won a trifecta he said it has been fixed up sad thing is they then said it was a losing bet and the bet ID disappeared the money disappeared the person that instructed this is a nothing did to me and they don’t care they were very cold on how they treated me so I closed my account they have put a lot of stress on me but they don’t care.
