Don’t even think about playing on this site. Took deposits in a heartbeat and I won over $600 and even continued to play to up the wager requirement. Requested a withdrawal for $500 and it sat there for a week with no action. I messaged multiple times and got pushed to the support email every single time until I had enough and threatened to tarnish their reputation through multiple platforms. Lo and behold they reply to me saying that the withdrawal is rejected with not one valid reason. Only that they need to investigate the bets. The live chat agent then proceeds to tell me that my withdrawal limit is set to 0.01c and then suspends my account.
THE SITE IS A SCAM. Simple.. they hold no accountability or any regard for online gaming standards.

Lionel's 9th Birthday Party was from 6pm to 8pm at Surge on March 14th we got there around 15 mins early to set up DID NOT get any food until after 8pm ordered 2 pepperoni and 2 sausage pizzas plus was supposed to have unlimited drinks They bought the pepperoni pizzas out 1st took 30 minutes for the sausage pizzas to come out so around 9 pm drinks were slow coming out only had 1 refill of drinks sent out we asked for more but it never came 😠 we paid for Go Karts and Laser Tag events the go karts rides were NOT given to my kids only 3 kids did go carts and they only went around 1x not 2 the room attendant asked for 5 at a time she gave 2 of my 1st seats to random kids that wasn't even apart of my party and the second 5 kids never received their rides nor did the 2 that was part of the 1st ride now to laser laser tag after 830 the attendant came in along with 2 managers trying to figure out why Lionel's party was not a success trying to offer free food and more time in the room it was a disgrace finally my kids went to the laser tag room after the long line of other patrons nobody assisted them or us with Happy Birthday or anything we was on our own we sat in the room until I and my best friend Tyte asked for the general manager MADISON she was awesome she didn't know anything about our party issues the other managers didn't tell her that any problems was going on in room 3 it was hot it was not what my family expected Drew Breese Surge Entertainment event space to be at all We paid good money ahead of the party and should have gotten stellar service the room attendant was overwhelmed with other events and parties and could not fully do what was needed wanted and expected from her Madison gave us a partial refund which should have been a total refund since the party was a hot mess literally and physically I'm signing off as a disappointed never returning Patron ps how could they allow someone to come in and pay for the entire go kart lanes (Rich folks) while my party was going and and post pone my rides until 10:20pm now that was the icing on the cake a dam shame 😔 mad angry and very much upset 😭🤬😡 I will tag Facebook Instagram Yelp and many social media sites about this mess😰 and my family and friends will share this experience with the world #SurgeEntertainment #DrewBrees #SurgeByDrewBreese #madgrandma #disappointed #Lionels9thBirthdayPartyatSurgewasAhotMess #empoweryounola #nolamedia 🤬😡😔🎂🎊🥳🎉
