SureFlap Microchip Cat Door Connect vs Batteries…
Our new SureFlap Microchip Cat Door Connect after install quickly became the master of consuming AA batteries within 24-28hrs. Didn't matter whether long-life, rechargeable, or Alkaline... no AA battery chemistry was a challenge. We contacted Sure Petcare and explain our story, they replaced the unit with a standard SureFlap Microchip Cat Door at our request. They listen and got things sorted, the replacement arrived a few days later. Installed and no more battery problems... happy cat !

Amazing Customer Service!
When we had a problem with our cat flap, I contacted Sure Petcare and asked for their help. Margaux responded immediately, and after making a few suggestions, she identified what the problem was. She posted out the part we needed, it came the next day, and the issue was resolved.
I can highly recommend Sure Petcare and their products.

Goede service!!
We hebben een kattenluik geinstalleerd en dat werkte initieel niet lekker. Met heel veel geduldige hulp van Nabeel van support kwamen we tot de conclusie dat het aan de chip in de kat ligt en niet aan het luik. Toen werd kosteloos een losse chip aangeboden. Heel erg aardig!

Uitstekende service
Na een paar jaar ging de motorcartridge van ons huisdiereuik stuk. We kregen kosteloos een nieuwe toegestuurd! Allemaal heel snel geregeld.
Dat is het voordeel van een redelijk duur kattenluik. Voor de rest zeer tevreden met het luik.

Sure Petcare support
I have used a number of Sure Petcare products over a number of years and been pleased with there performance.
I recently had to contact the support centre because I was unable to access the system, The problem was quickly resolved by courteous staff to my complete satisfaction. The problem was nothing to do with the product but caused by my areas switch over to a digital system and my lack of understanding.

Het proces om uit te zoeken of je etensbak van je kat echt stuk is vond ik een dingetje. Veel vragen zelfs een filmpje. Ik begrijp het wel want niet iedereen is eerlijk.
Ze reageren wel heel snel en puntje bij paaltje hebben ze gezien dat dsze bak echt stuk is en krijg ik een nieuwe opgestuurd.

La patience, surtout la patience!
Même si vos interlocuteurs sont expérimentés, il ne leur est pas facile, à distance de diagnostiquer un problème. C'est ainsi qu'après quelques échanges d'email, émaillés de beaucoup de courtoisie et de patience, que nous avons trouvé la solution.
Une nouvelle porte et...ça marche!
De nos jours, il est rare de trouver des conseillers aussi engagés.

Nonexistent customer service
Nonexistent customer service. Tried to contact them via their form on their website and was ignored. Given how much they're overcharging for the feeders, it's disgusting that they don't include the back part and try to sell that separately. They acknowledge that "smart cats" may be able to steal from the back, yet will sell you another part for £30 per feeder.

Please note that the rear hood is priced at £20 on our website, and retailer pricing is set independently by each retailer.

SureFlap Microchip Pet feeder connect
We bought two SureFlap Microchip Pet Feeder Connect units. After about six months, we started experiencing different issues with both of them.
Our younger cat had to try several times before his feeder would open, while the feeder for our older lady sounded like it was about to explode at any second.
After just two emails with Kim from Customer Service, it was decided that a diagnostic tool would be sent out to troubleshoot one of the feeders, while the other would be replaced with a new unit.
The result? We will definitely continue buying accessories for our cats from you. Excellent customer service and a great example of how to take care of your customers!

Great device
I bought the sure feeder for my cat. He absolutely loves it! he feels special that it only opens for him!
when I had a problem with the machine sure Pet was quick to replace it,
so good there are still companies out there that do the right thing by their customers. I highly recommend dealing with this company.
