The site is confusing
The site is confusing. I thought I was signing up for $99 and the invoice and charge was $134, then you want more money for the tag! Can't you just do it in one step and be honest about cost?

The renewal process was easy. Instructions were clear. Although I did not take advantage of all the optional choices offered at this time it is good to know and I go back and add ESA harnesses and things. The additional instructions on how to obtain a PSD designation very helpful.

Quick and easy. I can add another pet for free. I've been using support pets for 2 years and renewed for a third! No problems with my apartment accepting the letters.

Got my letter within 24 hours
Got my letter within 24 hours, next day my apartment accepted my documents. They immediately waived the pet fee. Thought this was a scam, but it absolutely works!
