Lors de ma deuxième commande payée en nombre 2023, rien reçu, malgré 5 envois de courriel. J'ai reçu une réponse mais sans suite qui dit :

Ich bin leider gezwungen, meine Erfahrungen mit meiner Bestellung vom 24. November 2024 zu teilen, da sie bis zum 12. Januar 2024 weder geliefert wurde, noch habe ich eine Rückerstattung des Kaufbetrags erhalten.
Die Bestellung wurde am 27. November 2024 bezahlt, und seitdem gab es trotz freundlicher E-Mails von Seiten des Unternehmens keinerlei Fortschritte hinsichtlich der Lieferung oder Rückerstattung.
Die fehlende Transparenz und die nicht erfüllten Lieferzeitangaben haben zu Frustration und Unannehmlichkeiten geführt. In Anbetracht der Umstände kann ich leider keine positive Rezension abgeben. Die Kommunikation war zwar höflich, jedoch nicht effektiv, da sie nicht mit konkreten Lösungen für das Problem einherging.
Ich hoffe, dass diese Angelegenheit rasch geklärt werden kann, und stehe für weitere Informationen zur Verfügung.

Bad customer service.
UPDATE: This is a scam company, DO NOT ORDER from them. I received nothing and have now done a charge back.
I have ordered and paid 160 u.s dollars for the AGX flashlight 7 month ago on 12 april 2017 order STORCHEN-000001701.
since then I sent about 30 e. mails and was promised it is on the way.
nothing came.
then 2 month ago I gave up and asked for the refund.
again it was promised to be given and allthaw all the mails and promisses nothing came.
I have never seen such behavior or service and it looks like a toatal ripoff and theft.
So please fix it . it is a shame for a company like yours.i realy dont want to start sooing so please again solv the problam.

I ordered a Supertorch Flashlight - Paid it - Never recieved it
I ordered and paid for this order: METEM INTERNATIONAL BV: Invoice # 3300000149 for Order # EUSTORCH-000000038 - I have never recieved the flashlight - I have written to them 3 times they just ignore me.
I warn everybody - never deal with this company.
Finally after 2 1/2 month and 3 telephone calls I got my fantastic flashlight...
Jeg så forleden en annonce på Facebook, hvor dette firma havde en annonce for en super lommelygte, prisen var 89,99 US§ Incl Fragt, men nu har jeg lige modtaget en faktura fra UPS på 243,5 DKR som dække frag omkostninger.
Det synes jeg ikke er OK.
Jeg har valgt, at betale for ikke at få flere rykker, men mærkelig forretnings moral.
