Appreciating what Superprof has allowed me to do.
I appreciate the ability to form a connection with students who share my interests without having to compromise on my own ability to make a living from the experience. Shortly after I joined Superprof without self marketing I started getting contacted by students who were interested in using my services and that was a unique and new experience for me. I've enjoyed using the platform and look forward to growing my relationship with students and Superprof alike.

Spanish guy travelling and doing face to face English lessons
I had my first student from Spain.We did 7 hours of speaking since he arrived.
I have already seen a big improvement in his confidence level and speaking . The entire process was smooth. I taught him face to face.
It's an easy process. He paid me in cash after all the lessons.

Payment system does not work
Initially struggling with the payment system and support but Superprof did respond quickly after this review and made interim plan, while trying to resolve the issue. I can now up the rating from 2 to 4 so far.
*Initial problem*
Trying to register on Superprof, but there online payment system does not work. Tried 4 credit cards, 2 banks all give a error.Neither do they respond to email support, there is also no contact telephone number to call as well. This is going on for 3 days now. I am giving up with them. (South Africa)
