​I recently completed the Management Talent Training led by Howard and Jack, and it was a transformative and inspiring experience, which helps a lot to built my future leadership mindset. The team mix of different departments, different divisions, and different leadership levels from AL to DL. The training instructors used many different ways to engage the team, while using real life experiences and examples. The training package was exceptionally put together.
