The highlights on my experience, besides the content agreed with Magna, were the way those were shared with us. Howard and Jack could engage the team since the first minute, and using lots of ludic and surprising elements to keep our focus and immersed on the journey, learning and practicing all the time the new tools for the different situations and people`s behaviour.

Trainers use stories, simulations, roleplays instead of just lectures.
Trainers create safe spaces where participants feel heard, can ask questions, and learn from each other.
