Great site, easy to use
This site made it possible for me to identify what I wanted from the plethora of mentors/tutors that were available. Rating and reviews of each person made the choice easy.

Out of about 16 tutors I contacted
Out of about 16 tutors I contacted, only 1 accepted my request and he turned out to be a scam. I know this is not Superprof's fault but it makes me wonder why all their tutors create profiles if they know they are not available to tutor.

We are truly dismayed to hear that a tutor accepted your lesson request and then did not follow through with the lesson. This type of conduct is not accepted on Superprof, and our customer support team has already reported the tutor to Superprof India, where he is registered, in order for appropriate action to be taken.
Your record reflects that the first tutor you contacted, who is based in South Africa, also accepted your lesson request. Could you kindly advise us what transpired with this lesson, as we will arrange a refund of your Student Pass fee if this lesson was also cancelled by the tutor.

I have only had my free lessons so far
I have only had my free lessons so far. But the process was easy to use and the 2 tutors friendly and seem well informed of their subjects. Will have to see how we progress from here.

Fast and effective
I met up with an astonishingly competent tutor trough superprof . The whole process went super smoothly and I was sorted out within a week and scheduled my first meeting within a few days . Keep in mind that I used superprof on a thursday and by the next tuesday I was meeting with the tutor. To prove this isn't a payed message I will add : " Thanos did nothing wrong, Epstein didn't kill himself and Putin is a dictator. As well as Zuma must fall."

Once again...Chris Wallace's service is fantastic
Once again...Chris Wallace's service has been fantastic in teaching me all I need to know for my "up-skilling" needs.
As a result I have booked 10 additional hours with Chris
* to assist with all the other Microsoft 365 applications, PC functions, services, sourcing of different apps for different functions etc.
* how to use my android cell phone apps and services available as an administration and assistant tool for multitasking
* how to use & program blue tooth facilities in car
All of the above technology I never knew existed...very grateful to Chris for patiently and eagerly taking the time to teach me all these life skills

We do not allow tutors to search for students, as our platform was designed to give students control over the learning experience.
We therefore give students a list of tutors in their areas and/or those who offer online lessons (depending on their search requirements) in the relevant subject and allow the students the freedom to choose which tutors they wish to connect with.

It works for me
I have had satisfaction from Superprof. This is the only platform where I have got bona fide students. There is something about it that future students trust.
