Got the job done!
The technicians attending appointments always rang to let me know exact time of arrival and arrived at the agreed time. They were super friendly and happy to answer all questions. The guy doing the refurbishment survey didn't clean up after his work and didn't put one of the sockets back. The report was very wordy and yes, I could easily see that I had asbestos but it didn't state exactly where it was located. I knew, but when I forwarded it onto a removal company they said it wasn't clear. When i messaged to request a quote for removal I got no response! I did however get multiple messages (4, I think), all the same telling me I had asbestos - rather annoying. I know its a hazardous job but I felt it was quite pricey

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that our surveyors were punctual, kept you updated on their arrival times and were friendly and helpful throughout.
We are, however, sorry to hear that other parts of the service didn’t meet the standard we expect. The points you’ve raised regarding the area being left after the intrusive survey, the clarity of the report, the lack of response to your removal enquiry and the duplicate notifications are all valuable feedback, and we’ll be reviewing these internally.
We appreciate you highlighting both the positives and the areas where we could have done better. Feedback like this genuinely helps us improve our service.
Thank you for choosing Supernova Group.

Supernova Group Fire Risk Assessment - Communal Rev 1
Supernova Group undertook a Fire Risk Assessment - Communal- Rev 1 in July ’26. The Assessment Report stated: ‘Based on the visual inspection from the communal side, the doors appeared to be fire-resisting doors….’. The doors were not fire-resisting. The report also stated ‘The final exit door is secured by an electromagnetic locking system incorporating a green emergency exit push button and an adjacent emergency break-glass override unit’. – there is no green emergency exit push button or adjacent emergency break-glass override unit.
