Good service, start to finish
Easy to book. Joy on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. Communication with the 2 men on the day was good. They worked quickly and were experienced which took a lot of stress out of the day.

Scam - never use this service
I never leave reviews but I don’t want anyone to have the same experience as me. I would give no stars if I could!
They only seem to have one member of staff - Joy - she is not qualified. I’ve had awful experiences. She just repeats herself and doesn’t make any sense.
We used this company to help with a move and they DESTROYED our furniture. chips, marks, scrapes. They also created dents in our walls by carrying furniture upstairs carelessly.
They said they would contact their insurance company for a payout but they are liars and want receipts for items that I purchased over 5 years ago.

To confirm that all our 20 member of staff are trained to handle customer interactions to the best of her ability. I believe there is a misunderstanding or you are mistaken us with another company. We always follow our standard procedure, which does require proof of purchase or receipts for insurance claims, as is standard practice in our industry. In the absence of these receipts, as a guesture of we goodwill we still make payments to clients if they feel they need help. We understand that this has not fully met your expectations. Our intention in requesting receipts is not to avoid responsibility but to abide by the insurance protocols that protect both our clients and our business. Your feedback is essential for us to improve our services. Rest assured, we are reviewing our processes to prevent similar issues in the future. Fantastic service, good price, and great and timely communication. I had booked a van with another provider which cancelled last minute. Superman with a Van saved the day. Super nice and very helpful driver too.

Quick & Efficient
The Driver called me as soon as I booked & confirm the time.
He was really enthusiastic and willing to Help. The loading was smooth. On the Van, every single furniture was properly attached and secured.
Regarding Offloading, Marcus was professional and very organized, he easily gathered boxes and suitcases, straight to the lift then into my flat.
The experience was amazing, We barely started then it was done.
I really appreciated the service, not to mention Marcus’s smile even working on Sunday.
I will definitely reuse your service & recommend my friends & relatives if needed.

Terrible. Arrived 40 minutes late. Didn’t do the job, brought inadequate tools. Lied about information they gave me over the phone. Refused to refund deposit.
Left a review on Google and they rung to say they’d pay me back if I removed the review. Corrupt.

Unfortunately your experience is not a true reflection of the level of service we provide to our clients. We strive to provide excellent customer service.
We'd like to clarify a few points for the sake of both transparency and improvement:
Correct Tools: When you initially booked the service, we informed you that the shed you have cannot be easily dismantled without causing damage, as it is a glued version. We brought tools suitable for the services we agreed upon.
Deposit: Our policy clearly states the conditions under which a deposit can be refunded. However, we value your business, and as a gesture of goodwill, we are willing to refund your deposit.
Your feedback is extremely valuable to us, and we will take it as an opportunity to improve our services, HOWEVER what you are stating is not true.
If you'd like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact us directly.
As discussed and explained by the driver and by ourselvev: You booked a van to dismantle a shed and we consulted you at the location and informed you that if we transported it as you requested it would be broken, but you refused to allow us to do so and you asked us for a refund.
We have spent time and money to go to your location, however, you refuse to allow us to dismantle it.
We informed you at the time you booked with us that the item can be dismantled and said that it will be broken but you said that you don't want that.
There are no other solutions to be able to move the item unfortunately it's beyond our control.
At the location unfortunately you refused our advice to TRANSPORT YOUR ITEM SAFELY AND SECURELY and didn't want our help and requested us we somehow dismantle an item and put it back together like it was when we informed you that there was no choice to do when you booked it.
We have all the tools, we have the man and a van able to do so with the item that can be dismantled but the item that was there would have been broken and we informed you we would break the item you didn't want that and there is no other way to do it.
We have followed all your instructions and we are a professional company we do dismantling every day we do a hundred moves and looking FORWARD TO HELP YOU FURTHER.
I could give them six stars!
Very professional team. They packed all my stuff and put it in storage quickly and efficiently. Tetris masters :) It was a stressless moving!

Super service from super man with a van
This was an emergency booking for us as the other removal company just ghosted us. They confirmed availability of their team within 2 hours with a big van and 2 porters. The team who did the actual move were very friendly and very efficient! I can go as far to say that it was the smoothest move all these years in London. The team worked hard and never felt that they were postponing to extract more money as other removal companies. Thanks team!

EFFICIENT
EFFICIENT, AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL. We had a very good experience with this company. Our driver(Aras) arrived on time he is very professional and VERY careful in carrying our things to avoid damage, he also have equipments like trolly, blanket and boxes to protect and carry our furnitures. We manage move our things in just one trip because they have a massive truck to accomodate all our 2 bedroom contents. Another thing is would like to thank is Ms. Joy who help us over the phone to book the appointment, she is polite and very professional in taking care of our concerns. No wonder someone reffered this company to us when we are looking for movers because they are the perfect and cheapest professional that you can get here in the UK. The superman team was available at such a short notice, they managed to put together a team of 3 men and 2 big Luton Vans.
The men were very careful with our furniture to avoid any damage and moved all boxes and heavy American Fridge freezer, they were able to disconnect and connect our washing machine at the new house.
They are more than superman also handymen, highly recommended.

Worst moving experience I have ever…
Worst moving experience I have ever had: First they passed the job to another company, then
1/called the night before to increase the agreed price
2/came 2 hours late, actually only 1 person came second guy came a further 30 minutes later
3/took them 3 hours to take boxes from a 1 bedroom flat to the van, 5 hours 40 minutes overall
4/ charged us for 6 hours saying that anything over 5 hours 30 minutes was 6 hours
5/ had to ask them to assemble the bed, they said first that they didn’t have tools to assemble even though I made sure to request assembling when booking
6/ wouldn’t leave house before making payment immediately and that it reaches their account.

We have moved a 5 bedroom house with the team,their consistency and hard work to move so many boxes was impressive, they have filled up a lorry full of items, dismantle and reassemble the furniture, then going up and down the staircase with all the furniture, we had a team of 5 men and managed to finish moving on time to the new house, what a great team

I won't use them again
The move was more or less smooth (although they charge you for 3h even though they did 2.15h) but people are not professional, rude and even scary. There was an issue with the payment where I've shown proof of payment and they literally harassed me (calling me 5 times on a Sunday) addressing the issue with a non professional tone forcing me to call my bank 6 times. Of course they needed to be paid but it doesn't justify being agressive. I got scared at some point. Oh they might also say I did not book with them, mainly bc they work as a marketplace and put you in touch with other suppliers.
