Don't use this company. Booked holiday arrived at the hotel and couldn't find our booking. Had to pay for hotel until the sorted it out. This also took 3 days and only had 1 day of holiday left before flying home.

Dania has been excellent in dealing with me. Always polite and respectful and willing to help me. Good service received

Rio was extremely helpful.
Yet the company is very poor at sorting out problems before they contact us. There is a sense that Super escapes save money where they can.
Communication is more efficient than effective. They need to work on their empathy in terms of customer service.

We had to make a few changes to the original booking due to having an unplanned operation. Unfortunately this lead to a higher cost, but they were able to rearrange things. The staff were always accommodating when I called. Today we had to receive our boarding cards and Neil Woodcraft guided us through the process.

Initial experience of the booking was good
Slight blip upon reading the day tour voucher which did not reflect what we had booked but everyone I spoke to or emailed with were very helpful (special mention to Neil) and the problem was resolved

Problems paying the balance, but this was eventually sorted.
Special mention to Neil Woodcraft who had the courtesy to get back to me and sort problems with viewing the flights on the Ryanair Website - with his assistance, this was sorted.

Super service, has done all the hard work for us, will use them again.
