Elmsleigh Centre, Unit 26 The, Staines TW18 4QB. Racism rude staff! I didn't notice the name but she was an old white lady at the till who was a total rude and racism person! I paid my cash to her hand with a friendly smile But she return my change by dropping the coins at the counter!! I was stunned at the moment and not know what to react, i should have told her to refund and keep those goods!! NEVER EVER SPEND AT THAT STORE AGAIN! I WONDER WHY SUPERDRUG HIRED SUCH RUDE PERSON IN THE STORE!?

I can see now that some of the reviews for Super Drug are not good!
Made an order 3 weeks ago and received a wrong order. I tried contacting them to ask for a refund - they asked for a picture of what I’d received and now heard nothing. Had the same message 3 times about sending a picture, which I have done.
It’s the first time I’ve bought from them on line and definitely the last. What a shoddy way to run a business.
My order was over £30 so all I want now is the money back as they obviously can’t not provide an online service.

She made my visit so easy and pleasant, and it’s clear she’s not only great at her job but also a fantastic team leader. It’s always a better experience when someone goes that extra bit to help – and Faiza definitely did that.

I had a lovely experience at Superdrug in New Square, West Bromwich. Veena, the fragrance advisor, was absolutely brilliant – very polite, friendly and welcoming. I asked about the new Britney Spears perfume, and she went the extra mile to check if it was in stock and made every effort to help me. It was such a pleasure to shop with her assistance. She is a real credit to Superdrug and deserves recognition for her excellent customer service!

Made an order over 3 weeks ago with superdrug pharmacy, have been chasing ever since. My order has been paid for and prescribed, it was not available at my local pharmacy for collection so was advised to get this delivered when contacted customer services. Another 10 DAYS have passed since this communication and still I am waiting for my medication to be delivered !!!

I went into the mexborough store today 6/9/25 and was greeted by the team which I thought was very kind. The team was so friendly and kind, they were so helpful throughout my visit in the store. The team is a credit to the Superdrug business and deserve to be recognised for their amazing service. Thank you mexborough Superdrug for making my experience amazing

10% student discount isn't actually 10% if it's capped at £5
Got the same perfume cheaper at Boots who actually give 10%

Sahara in the superdrug bradford Broadway is so helpful helped me find all my makeup products and didn't rush us and helped find what I need absolutely amazing.

Went to your store in Sudbury the lovely lady Toni was so helpful and friendly also would also like to mention Kiyah who was also helpful and pleasant.if more staff were like that it would be a pleasure to shop.thank you ladies.

I was after a specific item nail varnish and I couldn't find it it wasn't on the shelf so I asked a very helpful guy called Alex and he said that he would check in the store room he came back with it and the right shade that I needed. Amazing service the brighton super drug goes above and beyond to help customers .

Went in shopping today and needed some holiday shopping and Ellie looked after me and got me some great deals and everything I needed

Why are Superdrug offering next day delivery whilst using Evri? Still waiting for my next day order after 2 days. Not very good when something is required urgently.

I visited the Worcester Park branch today and a very helpful lady called Sarah helped me buy some holiday essentials. She was very patient with me.

2/3rd of delivery received but when asked about other 1/3rd they said it wasn’t anything to do with them.
A pass the buck companies. Avoid

Marie was good at her job telling me about the perfumes and gave me the attention I needed as I am disabled Marie also held the door open for me so I could get my scooter out of the store

I met the lovely Sonal (Leeds store) at the Superdrug presents event in London and she did my ear piercing. Such a lovely lady who was super informative and even after being on her feet all day just carried on with a smile and so much enthusiasm. Thank you for doing my ear piercings exactly how I wanted them and for all the aftercare advice and service with a smile. Made the experience so much more enjoyable

Before I went I googled to see if you accept all for one cards,it said yes you do,but when I got to the till they wouldn't accept my gift token.I had got off my mobility scooter and struggled in on my stick,so I am not very happy.

Ordered small bottle of nail polish and a small pack of tablets. It came in a package the size of a large shoebox. Absolutely ridiculous waste of resources, even if the small nail polish and small tablet pack arrived in a large shoebox. Even if cardboard and inner protection is recycled. I can accept the economy of scale by uniform sizing but not at the expense of the planet. Van to deliver it on top of that. Postie could have just put it through the letter box.
