We are sorry the rugs were not to your liking. Sheepskin rugs are all natural products, so they do vary from 1 unit to another. You can always start a return within 30days for receiving your order for a refund.
GREAT customer service
I called in the order told the guy I'd like to get it as soon as possible he went out of his way to go to the warehouse and ship it out the next day I got a two days later in time for the grand opening great customer service very helpful will buy from them again.
