The company had very good customer service. They were very friendly. Their rugs arrived on time. They are absolutely beautiful rugs. They lay well they everybody can walk on them. Well, they act in our room. Well, it was just a wonderful purchase.

Love the rug. Bought a new couch that won't match. Oh well, looks like I'll have to buy another! Anyway, the quality is durable.

I really like this rug. I have a red and white kitchen and this goes perfectly. I started with a smaller one but I liked it so much that I bought a larger one. I have 4 cats and 2 of them have used it for their claws with NO pulled strings! It’s soft and easy to clean!

Not only is the rug beautiful, and exactly what I was looking for, but the customer service was beyond excellent. I was in a situation where I had to be out of town unexpectedly and wasn't sure I would be able to find someone to bring the rug into my house while I was gone. I reached out to Randy and explained the situation and he was able to expedite the production and shipping of my rug so that I received it before I had to leave town. Very happy customer here! The oval braided rug came very quickly and was very true to color and size. It fits perfectly in my dining room and matches our wallpaper and trim colors. It's a little thinner then our old carpet but I'm sure we will enjoy it for many years. I only wish it had matching chair pads.
