I recently visited a restaurant that used SundayApp, and I must say, the experience was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we sat down, everything felt seamless and effortless.

The app made ordering so simple and intuitive. I loved being able to browse the menu at my own pace, customize my order, and send it straight to the kitchen without any hassle. What really stood out was how fast and efficient the whole process was—no more waiting to flag down a waiter for the check or to place additional orders!

Payment was a breeze as well. The ability to split the bill with friends directly in the app and pay in seconds was a game changer. It saved us so much time and made the entire dining experience more enjoyable.

Forget waiting ages for your server to bring the check! I love using Sunday to pay for my meals. I used the QR code from the table at Del Bar and it made it so easy to split our meal and pay our tab with ease!

Malgré le petit panonceau sur la table, où il est marqué qu'avec l'application, on peut laisser un pourboire au serveur, à cinq à table, nous avons été incapables de trouver le moyen de laisser un pourboire...
Après discussion avec la serveuse, celle ci nous explique que depuis l'installation de l'application dans le restaurant, les pourboires ont été réduits de moitié. Sympa...

Absolutely love being able to pay as soon as I'm ready. I've been "held hostage" by servers countless times , desperately trying to get their attention or waiting for my check. If there's a fee to pay for that convenience, so be it, everybody else does it (delivery services, car rides etc) so I don't understand the issue here. And on top of that the experience is very intuitive and pretty. No notes.

Was in a rush and needed to split the bill with some friends. Scanned the QR Code, super easy to split, and for only $.49 was definitely worth the time saver of asking the server for split checks. Will use again.

I'm all for being able to close my tab and leave whenever I'm finished eating

Pourboire forcé
Ne passez surtout pas par cette app pour payer. Même quand on refuse le pourboire il est quand même automatiquement prélevé à hauteur de 10%

The idea itself is great... But to make it impossible to remove (or reduce) the service charge is dodgy. Addition convenience fees are extra dodgy. The way these fees are obfuscated is borderline illegal...

Who is this supposed to be conveinint for? It took us longer to figure out paying this way than it would be to just pay normally. Its an inconveince for me and to add more of an insult, I had to pay sundayapp a fee for them being an unnecessary middleman. Resturants should just accept credit cards like everyone else on the planet does - the system works so follow along please. I told the resturant I wont come back because of sundayapp and because the 22% minumum gratuity. Next resturant I visit with sundayapp or similar payment systems, I am walking out to find another place to eat

Très utile lorsque je ne veux pas attendre pour payer mon addition ! Rapide et efficace, j'ai pu partagé l'addition avec mes amis de manière très simple.

J’ai adoré utiliser Sunday au restaurant : scanner le QR code, régler en quelques secondes, et pas besoin d’attendre l’addition. Parfait pour gagner du temps, surtout en groupe ! Je recommande !

BEWARE--FEE SCAM
I used the Sunday app at Seven Reasons in DC and was charged a $5.99 fee to pay my dinner bill. No disclosure about the fee, no justification for it. What a ridiculous scam.

Restaurants are pushing this scammy website which I'll never use. Hidden fees should be illegal

This has happened twice to me now, both at Gloria and then again at Lantana, where both restaurants use this app to 'help' customers.

At both places I was instructed to use the Sunday app to pay, via scanning a QR code. I don't mind doing that, that's not a problem. What I have a problem with is the staff NEVER telling customers there is a £2.00 (£1.69 to be precise) fee in order to pay. I'm not sure if it's Sunday or Lantana that also request a 14% service charge, which you can't change, that is above the norm of 10-12.5%.

No customer should have to pay a fee, in order to pay their bill. It shows a lack of ethics on the part of the people that created the app. For my part, I won't be visiting either restaurant again, as I don't like feeling taken advantage of.

Poor app. Hidden charges. Cons you into paying way more than appropriate, including a fee to use the app.

Daylight robbery , always use cash that way u determine when ,if and who u tip
