love the split the bill function!

Great product, easy to use and love the splitting feature

Always asks for a 0.99€ fee, asks for tips even though we're in France, asks for a rating... Just go to the waiter.

The service makes it look like you are reviewing the app when in fact you are reviewing the restaurant. VERY deceptive. I ended up giving an excellent restaurant 3 stars when I would have given it 5 stars and now I cannot find a way to change that. Real shame.

I loved the experience with sunday — everything was simple, fast, and seamless. We could browse the menu, order, and pay right from our phones without ever having to wait. Splitting the bill and leaving a tip was just one click — super convenient when you're with a group. Honestly, once you try this app, you won’t want to go back! // J’ai adoré l’expérience avec sunday : tout était simple, rapide et fluide. On a pu consulter le menu, commander et payer directement depuis notre téléphone, sans jamais avoir à attendre. Le partage de l’addition et le pourboire se font en un clic — hyper pratique quand on est en groupe. Franchement, c’est le genre d’appli qu’on ne veut plus quitter une fois qu’on l’a testée !

Si vous avez un jour l'opportunité d'utiliser cette application dans un restaurant, je vous déconseille de l'utiliser pour payer votre addition car ils vous facturent un supplément (au moins 1€...) par règlement et sans vous avertir au préalable... et impossible de faire un retour en arrière.
Vraiment honteux en termes de pratique commerciale !

Awesome experience with this app!
The experience was smooth, and we could easily share the bill. It was even easier to give the waiter a tip, as I don't usually have some cash with me.
In an other restaurant, I could even reorder a glass of wine!

Sunday completely changed the way I pay at restaurants. Fast, simple, and no waiting — everything is done right from my phone in just a few seconds. The interface is very intuitive, and the customer service team is quick and helpful whenever needed. I highly recommend it to any restaurant owner and to anyone who wants a smoother, more modern dining experience. Well done to the whole team!

This app feels completely anti-consumer. It calculates tips based on the post-tax total, which is ridiculous, why should I be tipping on the tax? On top of that, there's no option for a custom tip. You're forced to choose from preset amounts, usually between 20% to 25%. What’s even crazier is that you have to pay to use this service. I remember when splitting a check was just a basic feature in the POS system, free and simple. Now it feels like the burden is being pushed entirely onto the customer.

As a digital person who loves discovering new tech, Sunday really stands out. What I love most is not having to wait for the waiter to bring the bill it’s all instant. I save so much time, especially when I’m out with friends. We can split the bill easily, pay for exactly what we ordered, and just get on with enjoying our time. Super efficient and smooth exactly how modern dining should be.

I’ve been using sunday for a year now, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hybrid ordering has made the dining experience so much more seamless for both customers and staff here.
Plus, the customer support is top-notch—they’re always quick to help with any questions or issues.

Amazing experience, you can checkout anytime you’d like. Hate waiting for the back and forth shazam during the check.

Apart from the fact that most of the good reviews here feel like a plant from the Sunday App marketing department, I am pretty disappointed with Sunday's privacy policy. They don't give an obvious option to not keep your details on file, but I found out how and deleted my account and (I thought) credit card details. Today a restaurant asked me to pay via this app, and the app knew my credit card details and the email associated with it (sent me a receipt via email which I hadn't given) so clearly hadn't deleted any of my information at all. I never give permission for any site to keep my credit card details on file.

Busy in Chicago headed to a reservation - couldn't find my server but they told me I could close out anytime via the QR code! Super easy, didn't want to get charged for missing the res.
