We love our new conservatory, it’s made a huge difference to the house and our lifestyle. A couple of snagging issues which were dealt with efficiently. I would very much recommend the team and quality of product and service.

Can’t thank Archie, Mr C and the team enough , I am so happy with my special garden room. The guys were friendly and professional, respectful of my home and space. Punctual and went the extra mile .

From start to finish, the guys at Sunbright have been fantastic! Their knowledge and understanding of what we wanted to build was exceptional. Archie visited us to find out more about what we wanted and explained thoroughly what they could offer. He was very knowledgable and we didn’t feel pressured at any stage of the process.

Although they didn’t come out as the cheapest quote, they were clearly the most experienced and knowledgable builders we spoke to. They were able to explain every part of the build, including detailed explanations around the materials they use and why.

Building work was quicker than I expected and both Rick and James were a pleasure to deal with. We were regularly checked in with regarding the build to make sure everything was as we had expected. Teresa in the office kept us up-to-date with the build regarding when to expect the various stages to begin l, who was attending site and she also ensured all choices for flooring, doors and any other options were ordered in time.

At completion, there were a few snagging issues, as you would expect with a new build and these were rectified quickly and efficiently. Sunbright were very responsive to any questions we had and followed up to ensure we were happy.

I’m over the moon with my garden room and have had lots of lovely comments from friends and neighbours. I highly recommend these guys and encourage people to look past price and focus more on the quality of the build and how knowledgable your builders are and what materials they’re using.

Had all my windows and doors replaced by Alex and Tudor. Good old English weather slowed the process down slightly but so pleased with the work and both were very polite and professional. Would definitely use sunbright again. Great service all round from start to finish!

I purchased in March and I was kept informed by Teresa in the office of each stage. I was advised who was coming to my home and how long they would be here for. From the sale to the finish I was very impressed with all the workers concerned. They all respected my property and were polite.
I would not hesitate to recommend Sunbright’s family builders and I will use them again for future problems

Really pleased with our sun room. Everyone involved in the construction, were professional, pleasant and helpful.
The result was a stunning addition to our home. Would definitely recommend.

Sunbright contract with some very capable professionals & built a good product but dealing with the office & management is a disaster. I asked for their MD to call me 3-4 time & I never heard from him. They are on the ball when a payment is due but outside of that it's terrible.

Unfortunately we will not be recommending Sunbright - whilst there were elements that went well and the conversion on our conservatory was satisfactory in the end so much didn't go to plan that we simply can't recommend them to others.

Initially we were impressed with the service, the sales person that came round was knowledgeable and transparent with costings, however one of the deal breakers for us was that we would not need to lift the floor which we were assured would not need to happen.

However the conservatory was dismantled in pouring rain leaving electrics exposed and water running into our house so not only did the conservatory floor get ruined but the kitchen floor too. I am not blaming Sunbright for the weather but what I would call carelessness with leaving exposed electrics to the elements. And then when we raised concerns that they weren't listened to.

If someone had replied to my messages when the water started coming in, the floor would have been saved. As my house was being ruined as a result of work that was done their staff were unwilling to talk to me or respond to emails.

The sad thing is, that I could have been writing a glowing review if when problems arose we were listened to and the team took a solutions based approach. I invited the manger to come and review the state of our house but he declined, he came across as simply not caring as he was taking holiday.

The whole experience was extremely stressful.

*Please note that the reply is incorrect -we had always maintained that we didn't want to replace the floor and were not doing a kitchen renovation.

That it has worked out well with no glitches

I chose from many "sheds" but this one was more Le Corbusier Modernist than lean-to. Not cheap but justifying "because it's worth it"!
The process was not without teething problems, but this was a thoroughly professional job and I'll certainly return to them first for my next building.
Thanks to Archie and his workers; they came, they saw and they did an admirable job. Thanks very much.

Recently had our glass conservatory roof replaced with a warm roof. I can not praise enough the workmanship of the installers Alex and Tudor, the plasterer and electrician. The standard of the finish is excellent. The installation has made the old conservatory a great living space useable all year round. Definitely would recommend this company

Sunbright were very professional and kept us well informed. There was a hiccup at the start of the process but Sunbright overcame the problem and we’re very accommodating.The finished product has exceeded our expectations.

Just had our new ‘mancave’ completed and I cannot recommend Sunvright highly enough.

From the day we met with Archie to discuss our ideas we knew that they were a company we wanted to go with as both my husband and I are in the construction industry and both have very high expectations.

The team were professional efficient and delivered exactly what we requested.

Even when the weather caused a few issues, Sunbright were on hand to deal with the problems and resolve them quickly.

We now have the much needed additional space to our home that will make such a difference to our lives.

Despite the challenges of soundproofing a garden room and have a beautiful living roof, Sunbright have pulled it off in style. The team have put a lot of effort in and gone the extra mile to make sure that I'm happy with the Office, and quality is superb. Even the internal plasterwork is as smooth as glass.

To be fair, it was a bit of a journey getting a really good level of soundproofing on a timber garden office/studio, but Sunbright and the team worked hard to make it happen and the end result looks stunning.
