Far from impressed with workmanship and time taken to do work! Won’t do any snags until fully paid. Nice enough team. Accidents happen understand that with broken pain. But leaving glass and metal shards for my grandchildren to cut themselves on . Look at photos of finish!

Sunbright windows are very helpful efficient company. Nothing is too much trouble. We have used them several times and can’t fault them . We have also recommended them to friends and family.

Signed a contract, paid a deposit, then they said they made a “mistake”, it will cost double.was hounded by the boss to negotiate, I refused and insisted they refund, they refused. Took it to VISA to dispute the contract and got my money back. Don’t get fooled by these people. AVOID

Excellent workforce. Alex worked on his own to replace my conservatory roof .
Really worked hard very professional and extremely tidy. So pleased with end result.
Martin who did the plastering was brilliant a messy job made to look to easy . Left everything clean and tidy as if they never been.

I underrated this company because. First to commence the sales representative, stated that it was his family business and led me to believe he was the boss.
The questions I asked was if I needed planning permission, because of the gas flute outside. He said it wouldn't be a problem they can build the lean to structure
without any problems.
I ask if when I move if I
can move the structure with me. He stated I
could. So it's not a
permanent fixture.. OK
good.
Then asked him if I could
get this built before Xmas
He said most definitely.
He then went on to do a
sketch, pricing and
measurements.
Once agreed he asked me to sign.
Structure was to cost ten thousand and 200. 00
pounds. Without Vat.
Because I'm except due
to my disability.
So the reason for such a
structure was to store my wheelchair. Mobility scooter.,electric wheelchair and my children's many bikes which was cluttering the hall way and making access to the main door difficult. Now when I signed I didn't get a physical copy because the carbon paper didn't go through to the other sheet of paper. So I didn't get no contract, that contract was made on the 28th November 2025.
Then I got a visit from the surveyor Glen on the 5th December 2024.
I asked him if the structure would be water tight... He told me no.
So I explained to him that it needs to be, because I will be storing expensive electrical equipment in there and I wouldn't want them to get water damage.
I tried to cancel from 28th of November when I received a letter from their office stating that my structure wouldn't be water proof.
I was very concern. It raised red flags.
The lady at the office explained that the letter was a standard letter and didn't apply to my structure.
However the surveyor told me that it won't be water right. So I tried to call sunbright several times, not easy to get hold off, also the lack of communication in
In between as to process and progress was lacking.
When I finally got someone called Luke, he made me aware that the structure has already started and I owe the company another grand and a half if I cancel because they take 40 percent... Day light
robbery. I only just got my contract on the 12th December via email.
I feel very vulnerable as an elderly and disabled person. I feel I'm being bullied into buying something that's clearly
no longer suitable
because there was no
transparency from the beginning. It's all about giving you the answers to what you want to hear... As long they get their funds.
I feel that this company is fraudulent and dishonest.

We ordered a veranda from Luke at Sunbright Windows who I have to say was a breath of fresh air with his so helpful attitude. Nothing was too much trouble.
The price and product was first rate. You get so much much than you do with competitors.
Excellent workmanship. Cleans down superbly when finished.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Really pleased with overall experience.

Teresa and the team were helpful from start to finish. Can’t fault the work I’ve had done, quality of materials and the staff have all been fantastic. The final amount was slightly higher than I’d been originally quoted but it was worth every penny for the final finish. Can’t recommend enough!

I regret to share a thoroughly disappointing experience with Sunbright Windows or any of their dodgy spin-off companies. The quality of their work is abysmal, accompanied by an utter lack of customer service. The structure they worked on has developed persistent leaks, and their installation work is far from satisfactory.

Moreover, their financial practices are questionable at best. They engage in shady money transactions, taking deposits upfront and conveniently delaying the final estimate until after the deposit becomes non-refundable. To add insult to injury, the estimate was, for us, nearly doubled, a clear display of their dodgy business practices.

I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear and avoid getting involved. This company's poor quality, awful customer service, and unscrupulous financial practices make them a regrettable choice for any project. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable, honest service provider.

My new sunbright bathroom has transformed my home. I had a small en-suite and adjoining box room knocked into a large bright and super functional bathroom. This required 2 new windows and re plumbing of the shower and addition of a wow factor roll top blue bath. The planning and execution was profession, quick and responsive to what I wanted the finished room to look like. Sunbright handled the refit, plastering, tiling, dimming down lights and decorating seamlessly and with minimal disruption. The job was finished early with additional work at the weekend. Many thanks to the sunbright team, Teresa, Scott, Martin, Charlie, Nick and Daniel.

We were very sad to have our dream shattered. Our conservatory was priced up and 25% deposit paid for a pre Christmas finish (order placed September) x3 site meetings. By November we finally heard from Sunbright and that their pricing was out by more than double to what we had agreed and signed for. They went on to say they could start in January. Naturally we weren't happy to proceed and were shocked by the discrepancy, the fact that the contracts had been agreed and not honoured, and also that they were were not apologetic about their huge mistake, waited so long assuming that we still wanted to proceed. The owner tried to come up with solutions that were not what we wanted, such as going to UPVc from aluminium and removing bifold doors etc and also to pay £5K more!? Unbelievable service, so take heed if you intend to use Sunbright. You have been warned. No-one likes to write bad reviews but this is my first, and feel you should be warned.

Anyone know how to get Sunbright to finish off a job? I’ve been waiting since April and have emailed them at least 7-8 times. Lots of promises but nobody emails, calls or comes. All they seemed to care about was getting their payments. I tried to give them feedback (good and bad) and they argued with everything constructive I tried to tell them.

Very happy with my conservatory roof and new bifolding doors.

I had list of quotes from multiple companies to carry out this work and Sunbright were not the cheapest but the product seemed to be the best and I liked their approach. After some deliberation we decided to proceed with them and from start to finish the whole experience was fantastic and we couldn’t be happier.

Sunbright promised me an automatic discount a long with a further 20% I particularly asked the lady are your prices hiked she categorically said our service and products are the highest quality and the best value guaranteed
Upon the salesman coming in and a quick CAD drawing straight away he refused to break down the price quotation just a one-off price I did request this at the time of making the meeting this was ignored and incidentally a total of eight quotations and some bright was nearly a thousand pounds more expensive than anyone else I did inform the salesman to please notify the lady making the appointments to be honest and up front no discount has been given whatsoever yet a thousand pound increase for a like for like product that I can see do not touch this outfit least of all a habit of bending

Great service, very profession friendly work teams ,showed respect for our home and kept us informed at the various stages of development. Excellent standard of materials used, Very please with the finish product, would highly recommend.

The price quoted went from just over £13k to £17k.
The hike was for a pond liner type membrane. 8 spot lights and a very small velux roof window. £4k for those items, I don’t think so. When I contacted them to cancel the work I was threatened with a £5k bill. I had a very difficult shouting conversation with the owner, very nasty. I was accused of all kinds of things. Some of the time he was talking about a totally different job. I would not recommend.

Sunbright had been recommended to us but unfortunately our experience was not a delight in any way. Yes we absolutely love the revitalised conservatory but the process to get it there was nothing easy. Starting with the good points: Their builder was an absolute workhorse - it was impressive to see how quickly he dismantled old and erected the new. He was very pleasant and good at tidying up daily. The electrician was very friendly and super willing to help. The plaster did a very impressive job. When we had painters in to quote after the work was done they all commented on the quality of the plastering. Although we were initially very impressed with the speed and attitude of the key builder at the start and communicated this to the company, soon this was for naught.

The sales process was slick and they were very quick to chase their deposit but from that point on it was an experience marred by issues including but not limited to:
1. The start date: although a suggested start date had been communicated, nothing was agreed. We got in touch with the MD to let the company know we needed to start at a later date. This was met with apparent frustration and an unwillingness to resolve. There was no sense of “client is right” and we were told that in fact he’d booked the job to start a week or so earlier than the original suggestion. Only this had not been communicated to us, let alone agreed. In the end we felt bullied into starting on the originally recommended date, still not at a later date that we’d really required.
2. We had no information on what the process would entail or what was going to be done by who. As a client who’d never had any work like this done before, our questions were responded to with apparent frustration and annoyance.
3. The quality control - or lack thereof. As an example, some of the glass delivered was the wrong size and not checked when initially delivered.
4. The bricklayer managed to completely misgauge the thickness of the existing brick so the new adjoining wall quickly is misaligned but did not hesitate to ask for a positive review for his personal business (as he was sub-contracting to Sunbright).
5. The door frame was installed in such a bad way that the door could not be closed/locked properly which resulted in their builder snapping the floor handle as he tried to close and lock the door.
6. The electrician’s work was sloppy with cables not run tidily, a light hung at an obviously wrong level etc. To his credit, he was very helpful with installing the heaters we’d ordered.
7. The builder did not follow the agreed design/spec and installed an internal door in the wrong place. He proceeded to insist it was not possible to install it as planned. However, once the door was installed it became very clear that it was absolutely possible and we had to redo the installation which resulted in a bent and unusable threshold bar.
8. We had to wait for weeks to get missing parts delivered and at all times we had to chase the company for updates because they were never forthcoming with updates. It felt like the only communications they were punctual with were confirmations of the next stage of payment.
9. The plastering has already started to crack and when one of the team came back to finally fit some missing pieces his comment was simply that the cracking was normal and could be expected. We’d have thought that (1) that should be communicated as a potential “settling in” and (2) there should be ways to mitigate this rather than subsequently all but laugh it off.
10. Quality of finish: as time has past we have found that the quality of finish is not what we thought it would be. For example, the rims/edges of the PVC panels and boards are sticky and removing small insects that have got stuck to it just leaves a dirty residue in the still-sticky seal/glue. The result is that it looks tardy, more like a DIY job than something professional.

We recognise that the building industry has been under a huge amount of stress and strain with the shortage of staff and materials but most of the issues above relate to what we believe is poor management and bad communication. We did not feel like we were getting a service but rather that we were a nuisance. As time passed on it was apparent that this job had gone on too long and they just wanted to rush it to completion. We don’t expect the company guarantee has any real world value. We could not in good conscience recommend this business at all.

Sunbright were professional and caring, they sorted out the planning process and completed my conservatory without any hassle. All the workmen were extremely polite and friendly. The conservatory has made such an improvement to my bungalow. Well done Sunbright.
