Why are you supporting the IPAs centres that are housing hundreds of thousands of migrants. When ashling Murphy was murdered and it was in main stream news did you not feel angry when the kids where attacked in Dublin where you not worried for the safety of irelands children. But now your happy to support the mass immigration that will lead to a lot more deaths and you played your part so blood will be on your hands shame on you for supporting this government and it’s forced immigration policies.

Had a few issues with a machine hire and each time Ross was able to offer a solution that worked for us. Never did he use the usual textbook solution that we’ve had from other hire companies and caused us further delays. We got the job done and we were able to keep our client happy. Thank you

This is still happening, company has done nothing to resolve the situation.

Have not acquired any services from this company but have issues with their employee parking in residential streets from their Romford depot. Have made several complaints for last 4/5 years about the inconsiderate parking and danger they risk blocking driveways and drivers visions on blind corners. Sometimes the van is parked for 3/4 days with no use. To make it worse the driver blocked a bus from passing because of its inconsiderate parking and refused to move until he had no option.

The company say they look into and investigate but nothing happens and they let the employee carry on. No respect or consideration for general public and residential streets. Customer services not much help. Disgraceful and goes against their values and mission to keep public safe when parking/using their own vehicles.

Thank you for your reply but I have contacted your customer services for years and they don’t really help. I have been complaining on and off for years and yet the van is still parked out there for days and days without moving blocking the vision of oncoming traffic and making it a danger for school children to cross as we are so close to a primary school. This is a danger to other road users yet your customer services team does nothing.

What can I say .
Went to Hull branch today ( Hawthorn Avenue ) all I can say is rude arrogant bunch.
They basically just ignored me I had to ask loadly after sometime whether they stocked an item. I will never again use this company ever again and will advise people to avoid them, the lot of them need sacking, serious amount of customer care training needed.

Andy in the Exeter branch went the extra mile and then some to arrange my hire, when every other rental firm in the area either refused to hire to an individual, or did not respond to my enquiry. Communications were great - it's refreshing to get a call back when promised. The CAT4 and Genny were fairly new, clean and in very good condition; and the Flexitrace was brand new. The counter staff were cheerful and friendly, rounding off an excellent experience.

Terrible plant . All falling apart , fitters not much better

They don’t value their employees. My husband has had a breakdown and been off work for a week. Not one person has reached out. He has asked for help from his Manager who happens to be the mental health professional and has been ignored. If anything happens to him I will be making Sunbelt responsible

I wanted to rent a skid steer and grapple bucket for a couple of days . So they didnt bring the grapple bucket so i didnt want to inconvenience them so i said i would jusg make do with reg bucket. So i needed one more day so they tell me 3 days adds up to week so keep it for the week . So i find some use for it. Since i gkt to pay for it might as well use it. So a week comes they dont come get it so next day we call to see why they havent come got it and they tell us that we didnt call them so now we have to keep it another week because we didnt call? Bottom line I got a $2,600 bill for a $1,200 job. They are out to steal our money and trap you. I guess thats how they make money. They bank on you not calling and then not calling again as well . I recommend the staff to start telling us that if we dont call and tell you the day we are done with equipment( even after we told you from the beginning we only needed for a week) we are going to get robbed! **** Note even if you tell them from the get go how long you want the equipment for when that time is up you still must call them and remind them , or you will be the one that pays. One i will never use them again . I feel robbed and i know I feel that way cause i was. Hopefully this saves someone the stress that it has caused me and the $2600 dollar dent in my bank account.

Terrible leave you waiting hours for repairs only to call and be told they haven't even allocated the job yet i wouldn't hire from elsewhere

Unbelievable the way management speak to there members of staff at Carlisle depo is by far the worst place I have worked. The management in that place is ridiculous the so called managers tell other staff about private and confidential information

Sunbelt drivers seem to think they own the road and everything around them. Little boys with strangely big ego's. Speaking down to women and bullying people on the road. Parking inconsiderately and quite clearly don't have one piece of common sense between them.

I won't be using Sunbelt anymore if I can help it. They had a great communicative person and he was great he was great I think he was destined for great things in company. Unfortunately they replaced him an unreachable, terrible customer service person so bad I don't even remember her name. Then I got my lift to my job and it barely worked I was upset told them this they wanted to do nothing. So I decided to hold off paying them and then they had the nerve to harass my customer for the bill for. For a $500 bill and didn't owe for anymore then a month. PETTY AF HPPE THAT $500 WAS WORTH NECWR HAVING ME AS A CUSTOMER ANYMORE. CLOWNS!
