Returned the item 12 days ago, next day special item delivery costing me £13 its self to return the item. They received the item 11 days ago but still haven’t issued a refund.

Made two orders with summit that arrived within 3 days all in. Items were as described and haven’t worn or washed them yet but they look and feel good quality. Also had a question for customer service via email and received a helpful response. So all in all it’s been a pleasant experience and I would recommend shopping with summit.

Summit UK is worth the premium price. Bought a “sun fade hoodie blueberry”. Definitely the best hoodie I own, boxy cropped and oversized fit, looks great. The hood size is perfect. I’ll definitely be purchasing more items from Summit UK despite being broke😂😂

I've been shopping at summit for a few years and always had a good experience. This time I bought the black hooded down jacket, I think it's the warmest jacket I've ever owned. If you wanted to layer up underneath I'd say size up. The only issue I have is that it's already had feathers coming out of it considering I've only worn it a few times

The fit is true to size. Clothes are easy to iron and I am yet to see any fading with any of my most recent orders. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I have been a customer since 2019 and Summit has never disappointed. It was great to see how the brand evolved and improved over time.
Current and popular designs or trends are always captured well by Summit. Always with a unique touch and luxury feel. While most brands just sell whatever is currently trendy I see Summit over here cooking up a new interpretation of something that I’ve seen before and turning it into a brilliant piece of clothing.
But also own designs and ideas come out great and those are the ones that sculpt the brands identity.

I like to buy my clothes for the long term and don’t mind a pricier piece if the quality outlasts the memory of the price tag.
With Summit I always got that. The quality never disappoints, colors and finishes like washes on the hoodies for example always come out sensational and still look like that after years of use - they get better even.

The support also resembles what you would look for. Even though I’ve never had an issue with anything I often ask my questions via Instagram DMs where they get answered within the hour or even minutes after.

Long lasting clothing from a brand that works with its audience to deliver a luxury feel and well designed garments for a fair deal is what sold me the first time and still does to this day.

I contacted customer support before ordering to confirm the fabric type of the zip hoodies because I noticed not every color was the same fabric (they will be in the future!) and Ben was extraordinarily fast at responding during business hours (<1 hr).

I ordered 2 heavyweight hoodies (black and vintage grey) and 1 zip (vintage grey), all in size medium. When they say they're oversized, they freaking mean it! I'm 178cm and 86kg (that's 5'10" and 190 lbs in freedom units 😉), and I gather a small would still fit me just fine, though the bottom would come up a little high, above my waste. So as long as you're fine with the oversized fit, true to size is probably a good bet, as going a size down might make the bottom of the hoodies come up too high above your waste.

The shipping was quite fast, even though I ordered on the first day of the Black Friday sale.

After wearing the hoodie for 2 days and my wife wearing the zip for 2 days, I can say we are extraordinarily happy with our purchases, and the quality. When you're wearing it, it doesn't feel too heavy, but when you pick it up it feels practically like a weighted blanket given it's heft to size ratio. I'm completely confident the 600gsm fabric is truly 600gsm.

I'm glad I heard about this company and their hoodies in a single reddit comment with a single reply, because I spent literally 6 hours looking for the perfect hoodies for us, and I'm totally confident I made the right decision. It's around 6C/40F outside right now and wearing only the hoodie with no undershirt, I am completely comfortable.

Amazing quality hoodie, probably the best of any hoodie I've bought. Hardly taken it off since I bought it. The fit is perfect, not too cropped. Colour seemed slightly off compared to the pictures but the marl blue is still great. Taking some willpower not to buy another!

Perfect service once again, products arrived on time, fit and quality is A1.

Item returned and still no refund, I’ve emailed asking for clarity and nobody is responding

Ordered a Gilet for my son in size large. Unfortunately sizing is off so sent back and ordered the XL. They will not process the return as they are saying it smells of aftershave. I watched my son try this on and contacted summit immediately to inform them that it was too small. I am extremely disappointed in this company.

Bought a wool trousers recently. Fitting is a little smaller than sizing guide listed on website. Great design and quality is good. However, I am a bit disappointed with the product description. The website described "700GSM Brushed wool" but the product label on the trousers described "90% polyesther, 10% wool". Not transparent
