Bought the windbreaker jacket in Orange. Genuinely one of the best jackets ive ever bought. Will be back for the black when it restocks. Solid brand who always deliver in my experience.

Bought two T-shirts from here, black and off white one ( quality is horrible as T-shirts didn’t last me long ) Colour faded after a few months from purchasing which is something I didn’t expect as the T-shirts are very expensive

I got the blueberry fade hoodie in a xxl. It came really quickly, nicely packaged - the hoodie is such good quality, fits really nice and is cosy / warm.

My item arrived super early which was really nice, the item is incredible quality!! I absolutely love it and will be purchasing another colour of the same item. Really recommend this brand, they have different designs and the quality of their stuff is superb! The little touch of sending a card to thank you for purchasing is really sweet too.

Purchased knit zip sweater from Summit, this being my first item, the item never arrived and Royal Mail image doesn’t show the address nor the safe space requested, no refund offered or support, really poor customer service and no help.

Edit: the location and response from Royal Mail did not confirm the “exact location”, and even spoke with the post office/shop I asked it to be dropped and it was no where to be seen, even offering CCTV to showcase the timings and that it never arrived.

The quality of the t shirts and hoodies and next level. I’ve bought so many now from summit and will continue to do so. Hoping they come out with some new stuff soon!

The fit and quality of the items I've bought from Summit so far including a hoodie, t-shirt and shirt has genuinely been 10/10. Could not recommend this brand enough, actually made an effort to follow on Instagram so I don't miss what else they bring out. Top top stuff.

Purchasing for the second time. Was really pleased with the quality, fit and style of the first T-Shirt I ordered from Summit so purchased again. Same great quality, no issues with delivery etc. Will buy again.

Great quality hoodies, had some issues with getting a refund but Ben reached out to me and sorted everything out.

Like another reviewer on here I bought a hoodie that was on sale and was issued a gift card instead of a refund - which is a breach of my consumer rights. If anyone else has this experience contact your bank or the consumer ombudsman because they’re not allowed to get away with this. It doesn’t matter if an item is on sale. All consumers are entitled to changed their mind and receive a refund for items bought on line that are not perishable within 14 days of receiving them. It’s called the cooling off period. I’m currently arguing with them about this and will come back here to let you know how I get on.

Honestly, for a luxury brand, its customer service is horrible. I had to return something for being too big, which was an annoying process in itself. I had to pay for my own return, which is fine, I guess, and then after waiting for a long time, they can only give me a gift card for their store for returning the product because I bought it during a sale. First time I’ve ever heard of that, and since everything is so overpriced on their site, I can only buy a really expensive shirt or sock with the gift card/refund they gave me, so stupid. 

Bought 2 jackets and returned one, refund received really quickly. The item I kept was for my son who says the quality is excellent. Brilliant service.
